| Working Principle |
Dry feed enters the conveying line through the silo boot or receiving hopper. When the drive motor starts, the flexible spiral auger rotates inside the enclosed tube. The rotating auger moves feed along the tube toward the pig house. Feed is discharged through designated outlet openings and drop tubes into feeders, feed dispensers or intermediate receiving hoppers. A feed level sensor can be installed at the terminal receiving point. When feed drops below the preset level, the control system starts the auger. When the required feed level is restored, the sensor signals the system to stop. This operating principle allows automatic feed replenishment while reducing unnecessary motor operating time and minimizing manual intervention. |
