Livestock Equipment Assembly Workshop

The SHEWUYOU assembly workshop brings manufactured parts, purchased components and accessories together to create complete livestock equipment products.

Components entering the assembly area are identified and checked against the applicable drawings, product specifications and order requirements. Assembly activities may include positioning, fastening, connection, adjustment, electrical installation and functional verification.

The required assembly and testing procedures vary by product. Completed equipment is checked before being released for final inspection, packaging and storage.

Assembly Workshop Overview

Main Purpose Product assembly, adjustment, functional checks and preparation for final inspection
Assembly Inputs Manufactured parts, purchased components, fasteners, fittings, electrical parts and accessories
Assembly Basis Confirmed drawings, specifications, samples, work instructions and order requirements
Main Activities Positioning, fastening, connection, adjustment, testing and completeness verification
Product Applications Pig, cattle, sheep, goat and poultry farming equipment

Main Assembly Activities

Component Verification Parts, fittings, fasteners and accessories are checked for model, specification, quantity and visible condition.
Mechanical Assembly Frames, panels, brackets, gates, housings and other components are positioned and connected according to the product design.
Fastener Installation Bolts, nuts, screws, pins and other fasteners are installed at the required positions and checked for secure connection.
Electrical Assembly Applicable motors, sensors, controllers, cables or electrical components are installed according to the confirmed configuration.
Adjustment Moving parts, connections, alignment and applicable operating positions are adjusted before functional verification.
Functional Checks Mechanical, electrical, control or operating functions are checked where applicable to the product.

Assembly Workflow

A structured workflow helps ensure that the correct components are installed and that completed products match the confirmed configuration.

1. Order Review Product model, configuration, quantity and special requirements are confirmed.
2. Parts Preparation Required components, fasteners, fittings and accessories are collected.
3. Component Check Parts are identified and checked before installation.
4. Product Assembly Components are positioned, connected and secured.
5. Adjustment Alignment, connections and moving parts are adjusted where required.
6. Functional Check Applicable product functions are reviewed or tested.
7. Final Verification Appearance, configuration, quantity and completeness are checked.
8. Packaging Transfer Approved products move to the packaging or finished-product area.

Assembly Quality Checks

Assembly quality affects product operation, installation and serviceability. Depending on the product and order requirements, checks may include:

  • Correct component model and specification
  • Component position, orientation and alignment
  • Fastener type, quantity and connection security
  • Pipe, cable or electrical connection where applicable
  • Movement of doors, gates, handles or adjustment mechanisms
  • Product stability and visible assembly condition
  • Required accessories, spare parts and tools
  • Product labels, nameplates and identification
  • Functional or operating checks where applicable

Functional Testing

Functional testing is selected according to the product. Simple structural products may require assembly, movement and connection checks, while mechanical or electrical products may require additional operating verification.

Applicable checks may include:

  • Opening, closing, locking or adjustment functions
  • Movement of rotating, sliding or hinged components
  • Water-flow or leakage checks for applicable drinking products
  • Motor, fan or drive operation where applicable
  • Sensor, controller or switch response where applicable
  • Connection and fit between related components
  • Verification against approved samples or specifications

Standard, Project and Customized Orders

Standard Products Assembly follows established product specifications and component lists.
Bulk Orders Components and finished products are organized by batch and order requirements.
Farm Projects Equipment may be identified and grouped according to buildings, areas or installation stages.
OEM & ODM Customized components, configurations, labels and packaging are assembled according to approved requirements.

Workshop Organization and Safety

An organized assembly area supports efficient work and reduces the risk of incorrect components entering an order. Workshop practices may include:

  • Separating components by product or customer order
  • Keeping tools and fasteners in designated locations
  • Maintaining clear work areas and material routes
  • Using appropriate tools and protective equipment
  • Following electrical and mechanical safety procedures
  • Protecting product surfaces during assembly
  • Separating products awaiting inspection or correction
  • Keeping completed products identified before packaging

From Assembly to Delivery

After assembly and applicable functional checks, finished products move to final inspection. Product quantities, accessories, labels and packaging requirements are verified before packing.

Products may be shipped fully assembled, partially assembled or in component form depending on their size, transportation efficiency, installation requirements and the confirmed order arrangement.

Turning Components into Complete Equipment

Controlled assembly, adjustment and verification connect individual components to the livestock equipment delivered to farms and business customers.
