| Product Overview |
The Fiberglass Feed Silo is designed for outdoor bulk storage of compound feed, grain and compatible dry feed materials on commercial livestock and poultry farms.
The silo body is manufactured from fiberglass reinforced plastic for excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and low maintenance requirements. Its smooth inner surface and optimized hopper angle promote reliable feed flow, while the translucent structure or feed-level viewing area allows operators to check the remaining feed conveniently.
The silo can be connected directly to auger, flexible spiral or chain-disc feeding systems for automated feed delivery from bulk storage to livestock houses. |

| Key Features |
- Corrosion Resistant: FRP construction does not rust and performs well in outdoor farm environments.
- Easy Feed-Level Check: Translucent sections allow convenient visual monitoring of stored feed.
- Smooth Discharge: Optimized hopper geometry and smooth internal surfaces help prevent feed bridging.
- Weather Protection: Enclosed silo construction protects feed from rain and external contamination.
- Automatic Feeding Ready: Compatible with common auger and automatic feed conveying systems.
- Flexible Capacity: Different silo sizes and accessories can be customized for individual farm projects.

| Working Principle |
Bulk feed is loaded into the silo from the top through pneumatic filling equipment or an auger conveying system. The enclosed FRP body stores and protects the feed until it is required by the farm feeding system.
Feed moves downward by gravity through the conical hopper toward the bottom outlet. From there, an auger, flexible spiral or other conveying system transfers the feed automatically to livestock or poultry houses.
The smooth inner wall and optimized discharge angle help maintain continuous feed flow and reduce material accumulation inside the silo. |

| Product FAQ |
What is the advantage of an FRP feed silo?
FRP is corrosion resistant, weather resistant and has relatively low thermal conductivity, making it suitable for outdoor feed storage on livestock farms.
Can the feed level be checked from outside?
Yes. The translucent FRP structure or dedicated viewing area allows operators to check the approximate feed level without opening the silo.
Can the silo connect to an automatic feeding system?
Yes. The bottom outlet can be connected to auger, flexible spiral or other compatible feed conveying equipment.
Can the silo capacity be customized?
Yes. Capacity, diameter, height, outlet configuration and support structure can be selected according to farm requirements.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide required storage capacity, feed type, daily feed consumption, farm type, conveying method, installation location and required accessories.
