| Working Principle |
Dry feed enters the system from a silo discharge, transfer hopper or metering device. When a feeding circuit starts, the drive unit pulls the continuous chain through the enclosed pipe network. Discs mounted at regular intervals on the chain carry feed through horizontal, vertical and curved sections of the conveying circuit. Corner wheel assemblies guide the chain around changes in direction while maintaining continuous circulation. As feed reaches designated outlets, it is discharged into volumetric dispensers, intermediate hoppers, automatic feeders or other feeding equipment. Feed level sensors can stop the circuit automatically when the required downstream filling condition is reached. In a multi-circuit installation, separate conveying loops can supply different barns or production zones.
