| Product Overview | The Automatic Chain Disc Feed System is a closed-loop dry feed conveying solution designed for commercial pig farms. A motor-driven chain with evenly spaced carrier discs moves feed through enclosed pipes from an outdoor feed silo or receiving hopper to feed dispensers, sow feeders, nursery feeders, grow-finish feeders or other feeding points inside the barn. The modular system supports straight sections, horizontal and vertical changes of direction, multiple feed drops and different barn layouts. It is suitable for both new pig-house construction and existing farm renovation projects, helping reduce manual feed handling, feed spillage and daily labor requirements. |

| Key Features |
| Working Principle | Dry feed enters the conveying system from a feed silo or receiving hopper. The electric drive unit pulls a continuous chain fitted with carrier discs through the enclosed pipe circuit. As the chain moves, the discs push or carry feed through horizontal sections, corners and elevation changes. Feed reaches each designated feeding point and is discharged through drop outlets into feed dispensers, hoppers or feeders. Feed level sensors or terminal sensors can communicate with the controller to regulate system operation. When the required feed level is reached, the conveying line stops automatically and restarts according to the programmed feeding schedule or feed demand. |

| Technical Specifications |
Conveying capacities and pipe sizes are typical industry references. Final specifications depend on feed density, particle size, conveying distance, elevation, number of corners, feeding points and overall farm layout. |
