| Product Overview |
The Poultry Water Disinfection Dosing Station is a modular water treatment solution designed for controlled dosing of approved disinfectants into poultry drinking water systems. It supports drinking water hygiene and waterline sanitation in commercial poultry production. The station can be integrated into new poultry house construction projects or existing water distribution networks. Depending on the selected configuration, it can combine proportional dosing, filtration, flow control, pressure regulation and solution storage in one compact treatment assembly. The system is suitable for poultry farms, livestock engineering companies, agricultural contractors, distributors and large-scale farming groups. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Incoming water passes through the filtration and flow-control section before entering the dosing unit. The dosing system draws the prepared disinfectant solution from the chemical tank and injects it into the main water stream at a controlled ratio. For hydraulic proportional dosing configurations, water flow provides the driving force for the dosing mechanism. The amount of treatment solution delivered therefore follows the volume of water passing through the unit within its operating range. The treated water is subsequently distributed through the farm drinking water network to header tanks, poultry nipple lines and other watering points. Final treatment concentration and contact time should be established according to the selected disinfectant, water quality and farm conditions. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
The dosing station should be installed at a suitable point in the farm water supply system with adequate space for operation, inspection and chemical replenishment. A bypass arrangement with isolation valves allows the dosing unit to be isolated for maintenance. For stable operation, filtration and pressure regulation should be selected according to the source-water quality and dosing equipment. Regular inspection of filters, dosing components, suction lines, valves and pipe connections is recommended. Water quality and disinfectant residual should be monitored according to the selected treatment program and farm management requirements. |

| Project Cases |
The Poultry Water Disinfection Dosing Station can be incorporated into complete poultry farm engineering packages together with nipple drinking systems, water storage, filtration, waterline flushing and environmental control equipment. For large commercial projects, the station can be engineered according to poultry house quantity, peak water demand, source-water characteristics, building layout and required automation level. |
