| Product Overview |
The Fiber Pig Pen Partition System is a modular livestock penning solution designed primarily for weaner, growing and finishing pig houses. The system uses slim solid compact laminate panels to create strong, hygienic and space-efficient partitions for commercial swine production. Compared with hollow-profile partition systems, the solid-panel construction minimizes internal cavities and difficult-to-clean areas. Tube ends can be sealed with adapters or end caps, while smooth panel surfaces simplify pressure washing and routine disinfection between production batches. Different partition heights, top-rail configurations, gate styles and pen layouts can be selected according to pig size, group capacity, feeding method, barn dimensions and management requirements. The system can be integrated into prefabricated steel structure pig houses as well as conventional concrete livestock buildings. |
| Key Features |
|
| Structural Components |
Solid Compact Panels: Thin, rigid partition boards forming the principal closed section of the pig pen. Top Rails: Galvanized or stainless steel tubes positioned above the compact panel according to required pen height. Gate Assemblies: Suspended gates, full-width gates or customized access gates for pig movement and stockperson access. Gate Handles & Locks: Mechanical locking components designed for convenient daily opening and secure closure. Adapters & End Caps: Used to close tube ends and create a cleaner finished construction. Connection Brackets: Stainless steel, galvanized steel or other corrosion-resistant fittings used to connect partitions, gates and structural elements. Wall Connections: Brackets and profiles for terminating partition sections against livestock building walls. Feeding Interfaces: Customized partition arrangements can accommodate feeders, troughs, water equipment and liquid-feeding walls. |
| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The system divides a pig barn into individual group pens using solid compact partitions combined with horizontal steel rails and access gates. The compact panels form the main separation surface between groups, while the upper rail configuration provides additional structural height and stability. The slim solid-panel concept minimizes hollow spaces inside the partition structure. Tube ends can be closed with adapters or plugs, reducing places where contamination may accumulate and simplifying barn sanitation. Gates provide controlled movement between pens and service aisles. Full-width gates can provide a large opening for moving groups of pigs, while suspended gate configurations can be selected where conventional personnel and livestock access is preferred. When combined with slatted flooring, manure and wash water can pass through the floor into the manure pit or collection system below. Feeders, drinking equipment and automated feed lines can be positioned according to the selected production and pen layout. |
