| Product Overview |
The Centralized TMR Feed Processing Center is an integrated feed preparation solution developed for large dairy farms, beef cattle operations and centralized livestock feeding facilities. It combines raw-material storage, automated ingredient dosing, feed conveying, TMR mixing, finished-ration discharge and centralized process control within one coordinated system.
Compared with independent mixer wagons, a centralized feed center organizes the complete ration-preparation workflow around fixed processing equipment. Roughage, concentrates, liquid ingredients, minerals and other ration components can be measured and delivered according to predefined feeding formulas before entering the TMR mixer.
The system is suitable for farms seeking more standardized ration production, reduced manual handling, better production traceability and easier integration with automated feed distribution equipment. |

| Working Principle |
The feeding formula and production batch are selected through the central control system. According to the programmed sequence, roughage, concentrates and other ingredients are discharged from their respective storage units and transported toward the weighing and mixing equipment.
Sensors and weighing devices monitor ingredient quantities during dosing. After the required quantities are reached, the materials are transferred into the stationary TMR mixer. Water, molasses or other liquid ingredients can also be automatically introduced when included in the ration.
The mixer cuts, circulates and blends the ingredients until a homogeneous ration is achieved. The finished TMR is then discharged into a feed truck, distribution wagon, conveyor or automated feeding system for delivery to cattle groups.
Production information can be stored by the control system for formula management, batch tracking, operating analysis and feed-management records. |

| Project Cases |
Centralized TMR processing centers are commonly applied in large dairy operations where several nutritional groups require different ration formulas every day. A centralized installation can coordinate ingredient storage, formula dosing, mixing and finished-feed dispatch through one managed production workflow.
Project design should consider herd population, feeding groups, daily ration demand, number of feeding cycles, ingredient types, storage periods, mixer capacity, loading equipment, delivery distances and future farm expansion. |
