| Working Principle |
Feed ingredients are loaded into the mixer according to the selected ration formula and loading sequence. The tractor PTO drives the gearbox, which rotates both vertical augers.
The auger flights lift feed upward while gravity returns material toward the lower part of the tub. At the same time, the chamber geometry transfers feed between the front and rear mixing zones. Cutting knives reduce long forage while the repeated circulation distributes concentrates, minerals and other ingredients throughout the ration.
When the required mixing uniformity is achieved, the hydraulic discharge doors are opened and the rotating augers move the finished ration toward the outlet for controlled distribution along the feeding alley. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
