| Working Principle |
Feed ingredients are loaded into the mixing tub according to the required ration formula. The truck engine supplies power to the hydrostatic drive system, which transfers controlled torque to the vertical mixing augers.
As the augers rotate, feed is moved vertically and circulated throughout the mixing chamber. Cutting knives process long-fiber forage while repeated lifting and redistribution blend roughage, concentrates and supplements into a homogeneous TMR.
After mixing, the operator drives the truck along the feeding route. Hydraulic discharge doors or a cross conveyor release the ration at a controlled rate into feed alleys or trough areas. |
