| Working Principle |
The operator drives the machine to the forage storage area and uses the front milling head to remove silage, hay or other ingredients. The loading conveyor transfers the material into the mixing chamber while the weighing system records the loaded quantity.
Additional ingredients are loaded according to the ration formula. The vertical auger cuts and circulates the materials until a homogeneous Total Mixed Ration is produced.
After mixing, the machine travels directly to the livestock building and distributes the finished ration along the feed alley. The integrated workflow reduces material handling between separate machines and helps shorten the complete daily feeding cycle. |
