| Product Overview |
The Heavy-Duty Fiber Panel Sow Gestation Pen is a modular housing system developed for pregnant sows, breeding females and commercial group-housing facilities. Solid compact fiber panels create strong separation between adjacent pens while galvanized steel posts, top rails and corrosion-resistant fittings provide the structural strength required for intensive sow housing. Compared with conventional open-bar partitions, solid fiber panels can help create clearly defined resting and management zones, reduce direct contact between neighboring groups and provide smooth surfaces that are convenient to wash and disinfect. Their relatively slim construction also allows efficient use of available barn space. The system can be configured for group gestation pens, gilt pens, breeding areas, boar separation zones and other sow-management applications. It is suitable for new steel-structure pig houses, prefabricated livestock buildings and renovation of existing commercial sow barns. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The system divides the gestation barn into controlled sow groups using rigid solid-panel partitions. Structural loads generated by animal contact are transferred from the fiber panels through the metal profiles and galvanized posts into the floor anchoring system. Solid walls create defined boundaries between adjacent sow groups, while gates and open management sections provide controlled movement between feeding, resting, drinking and service areas. Depending on the project, the pen can be designed for static groups, dynamic groups or dedicated breeding and gilt-management areas. Feeding equipment can be installed inside or adjacent to the group pen. Automatic dry feeding, liquid feeding, free-access feeding stalls or electronic sow feeding systems can be coordinated with the pen layout according to the required management concept. |
