The pen is constructed from modular PVC partition boards installed between galvanized or stainless steel supporting profiles. Structural posts are anchored to the pig house floor, while upper rails and reinforcement members stabilize the complete pen system.
Solid partitions form defined housing zones for individual animals or sow groups. Gates control movement between feeding, resting, treatment and service areas, allowing farm personnel to organize animals according to production stage and management requirements. PVC boards fit closely inside supporting profiles to create relatively smooth surfaces with fewer exposed recesses.
