| Product Overview |
The Duo Rear Gate Sow Mating & Gestation Stall is a heavy-duty individual housing system developed for breeding sows and gilts during mating, artificial insemination and gestation management. Its distinctive split rear-gate arrangement provides convenient access to the sow while maintaining a secure and organized stall structure. The open-frame configuration is designed to give livestock personnel convenient access along the sow's body for heat detection, artificial insemination, pregnancy checking, vaccination and routine veterinary procedures. A simplified locking arrangement reduces loose components and supports efficient daily operation in intensive commercial breeding facilities. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant galvanized steel, the system can be integrated with individual feed dispensers, stainless steel or polymer troughs, nipple drinking lines, solid or slatted flooring and automatic dry feeding equipment. Stall dimensions and row layouts can be customized for new steel-structure pig houses or renovation of existing mating and gestation barns. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The sow enters the individual stall and is positioned between two structural side frames. The stall provides a defined feeding and management position while allowing farm personnel to observe the animal from the aisle. The Duo rear-gate configuration is designed to improve access to the rear of the sow without requiring complex removable gate components. This is particularly useful during artificial insemination, heat detection, pregnancy examination and other reproductive-management procedures. The open-frame structure provides additional working access along the animal while maintaining adequate structural strength. Feed can be supplied manually or through an automatic feed-distribution system, and drinking water can be provided through integrated pipelines and nipple drinkers. Multiple stalls can be connected in continuous rows using common support and alignment components, creating an efficient mating or gestation unit within commercial pig farm buildings. |
