| Product Overview | The Battery Backup Power Failure Alarm for Livestock Farms is designed to provide an independent warning layer for commercial poultry houses, pig farms, livestock barns and agricultural buildings where electrical or environmental failures require rapid operator attention. The system can monitor mains power status, high and low temperature conditions and external fault signals from compatible farm equipment. When an abnormal condition is detected, the controller activates an audible alarm and identifies the alarm source, helping farm personnel respond before ventilation, heating, cooling or watering failures develop into serious production risks. An integrated backup battery allows alarm functions to remain available for a limited period after mains electricity is lost. System configuration, sensor arrangement and auxiliary alarm connections can be adapted according to project requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle | During normal operation, the controller continuously supervises the connected power supply, temperature sensors and auxiliary alarm circuits. The backup battery is maintained by the internal charging circuit while mains electricity is available. If the electrical supply fails, the monitored temperature exceeds the configured high or low limit, or a connected auxiliary safety circuit changes to an alarm state, the controller activates the siren and corresponding alarm-source indicator. During a mains outage, the backup battery supplies the alarm circuit so that the warning system can continue operating for a limited period. This independent alarm architecture is particularly important in mechanically ventilated livestock buildings where ventilation and climate-control failures require rapid intervention. |

| Product FAQ | Q: Can the alarm continue operating after a farm power failure? A: Yes. The system uses a rechargeable backup battery to maintain alarm operation for a limited period after mains electricity is interrupted. Backup duration depends on the selected configuration, battery condition and connected load. Q: Can the system monitor livestock-house temperature? A: Yes. Compatible temperature sensors can be used to trigger alarms when the house temperature reaches configured high or low limits. Q: Can other farm equipment be connected to the alarm? A: Yes. Compatible auxiliary alarm contacts can be connected to equipment such as environmental controllers, thermostats, pressure switches or other monitoring devices. Interface details should be confirmed before installation. Q: Is the alarm suitable for pig and poultry farms? A: Yes. It is suitable for mechanically ventilated poultry houses, pig buildings and other livestock facilities where power and environmental failures require rapid warning. Q: Can the voltage and sensor configuration be customized? A: Yes. Electrical supply, sensors, auxiliary inputs, alarm devices and cabling can be specified according to project requirements. Q: Can this alarm replace emergency ventilation or standby power equipment? A: No. The alarm is a warning device and should be used together with appropriately designed emergency ventilation, backup power and farm safety systems where required. |
