Product Overview The Poultry House Intelligent Temperature Alarm Controller is designed for environmental monitoring and coordinated climate management in commercial broiler, breeder and layer houses. It continuously receives temperature data from distributed sensors and compares the measured house temperature with programmed operating and alarm limits.

When the indoor temperature becomes excessively high or low, or when an associated sensor or environmental control function develops an abnormal condition, the controller can activate an alarm relay and connected warning equipment. Depending on the selected project configuration, it can also coordinate ventilation stages, heating, cooling, air inlets and other poultry house environmental equipment.

The controller is suitable for new poultry house construction, steel structure livestock buildings and retrofit climate-control projects requiring centralized temperature supervision and dependable alarm protection.
Key Features
  • Continuous poultry house temperature monitoring using multiple temperature sensors.
  • Programmable high-temperature and low-temperature alarm limits.
  • Average house temperature calculation for more representative climate supervision.
  • Automatic alarm relay activation when programmed alarm conditions occur.
  • Sensor-failure monitoring for improved environmental safety.
  • Supports staged ventilation control for minimum, transitional and tunnel ventilation strategies.
  • Can coordinate fans, heaters, cooling systems, inlets and tunnel curtains according to project configuration.
  • Optional humidity and static-pressure monitoring for advanced poultry house climate management.
  • Power-failure-protected memory helps retain programmed operating information.
  • Optional remote monitoring and management through a communication gateway.
  • Suitable for intensive commercial poultry production and integrated livestock farm projects.
Structural Components
  • Main Control Unit: Microprocessor-based controller for environmental monitoring, alarm logic and climate equipment coordination.
  • Digital Display: Displays temperature values, operating parameters, alarm information and system status.
  • Temperature Sensor Inputs: Accept signals from remote temperature probes distributed inside the poultry house.
  • Environmental Sensor Inputs: Humidity, static-pressure or other compatible sensors can be configured according to project requirements.
  • Alarm Relay: Provides an output signal for sirens, warning lamps, communication devices or centralized alarm panels.
  • Control Relays: Used for staged operation of ventilation, heating, cooling and related livestock house equipment.
  • User Interface: Keypad and indicator system for parameter programming and daily operation.
  • Protective Enclosure: Designed for agricultural building installations where dust and moisture resistance are required.
  • Communication Interface: Remote access capability can be supplied as an optional project configuration.
Working Principle / Structural Principle Temperature sensors positioned at representative locations inside the poultry house continuously send environmental readings to the controller. The controller calculates the monitored house temperature and compares the value with the programmed target temperature and high/low alarm differentials.

If the measured temperature exceeds the permitted high-temperature limit or falls below the low-temperature limit, the controller identifies an abnormal condition and activates the alarm output. Connected sirens, warning beacons or remote notification equipment can then alert farm personnel.

In climate-control configurations, the controller can progressively operate ventilation stages, heating equipment, cooling systems and air inlet mechanisms. Minimum ventilation can be followed by transitional or tunnel ventilation as environmental demand increases.

This integrated operating principle allows temperature alarming and climate control to work together, reducing the risk of heat stress, cold stress and ventilation-related production losses.

Installation & Maintenance The main controller should be installed in an accessible service location protected from direct washing, excessive condensation and mechanical impact. For steel structure poultry buildings, the controller is normally mounted on a stable wall or electrical control panel where operators can easily inspect alarm and operating information.

Temperature sensors should be positioned at representative bird-zone locations and should not be installed directly beside heaters, cooling pads, air inlets, sunlight, exterior walls or other locations that could produce misleading temperature readings.

Sensor cables should be routed separately from high-voltage motor cables where practical. Proper grounding, surge protection and cable protection should be considered during livestock house electrical installation.

Routine maintenance should include cleaning the controller enclosure, checking sensor readings, inspecting electrical terminals, testing alarm outputs, verifying temperature set points and simulating high/low temperature conditions at scheduled intervals.
Project Cases Tunnel-Ventilated Broiler House: Multiple temperature sensors monitor the bird zone while the controller coordinates staged fans, air inlets, tunnel ventilation and cooling equipment. High-temperature alarms provide an additional warning when house temperature exceeds the programmed range.

Breeder House: Temperature monitoring can be combined with minimum ventilation, heating and lighting schedules to support stable environmental conditions throughout different production stages.

Multi-House Poultry Farm: Individual controllers can be installed in separate poultry houses and connected to an optional centralized communication platform for remote supervision and alarm management.
