| Product Overview |
The High-Capacity Poultry Manure Belt Dryer is a multi-tier drying tunnel designed for large commercial layer farms requiring efficient treatment of fresh or pre-dried poultry manure. Manure is distributed in a controlled layer across wide drying belts and transported progressively through multiple drying levels. Warm poultry-house exhaust air or another suitable drying air source is directed through the manure and perforated belt surface. The large contact area between manure and airflow promotes rapid and uniform moisture removal while making productive use of available ventilation air. High-capacity reference systems can be configured with multiple tiers, long drying sections and wide belts, allowing one dryer to serve large poultry populations. The system can receive manure from layer cage belts, aviary manure conveyors or centralized manure collection lines. The dryer can be integrated with poultry manure conveyors, storage buildings, pelletizing equipment, composting lines and complete residue-treatment systems for large steel structure poultry farms and agricultural projects. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Fresh or pre-dried poultry manure is transported from the poultry house to the filling station at the top of the drying tunnel. A distribution mechanism spreads the material evenly across the full width of the upper manure belt. The manure moves slowly along the first drying level while warm air passes through the perforated belt and manure layer. At the end of each tier, the manure transfers onto the belt below and continues in the opposite direction. This alternating multi-tier movement provides an extended drying path while keeping the overall installation compact. Belt speed and incoming manure quantity can be coordinated to maintain a suitable and consistent layer thickness. Special belt-support rollers create space for airflow beneath the belt while reducing friction during operation. Where required, manure breakers can reduce larger manure pieces during the drying process to improve drying uniformity. After passing through the final drying level, the finished material is discharged onto a conveyor for transport to storage, fertilizer production, composting or pelletizing equipment. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
The manure dryer can be installed adjacent to the poultry house, inside a dedicated manure-treatment building or within a centralized residue-processing facility. The supporting foundation and steel structure should be designed according to dryer dimensions and operating loads. The manure inlet conveyor, filling station and drying belts must be aligned accurately to provide uniform loading. Air passages should be sealed appropriately so that available drying air passes through the intended belt sections rather than bypassing the manure layer. During commissioning, technicians should verify belt direction, tension, tracking, manure distribution, drive pressure, airflow, inter-tier transfer and automatic control sequences. Routine maintenance includes cleaning the distribution equipment, checking belt condition and alignment, inspecting rollers, bearings, motors and gearboxes, removing manure buildup and confirming correct operation of sensors and safety devices. |

| Project Cases |
For a large commercial layer complex, manure from several poultry houses can be transported by cage manure belts and centralized conveyors to one high-capacity drying tunnel. The dryer is sized according to total flock capacity, daily manure production and available ventilation air. Fresh manure enters the upper drying level and travels through multiple tiers while warm exhaust air from the poultry houses passes through the material. The dried manure is then discharged to a storage building or downstream processing line. For integrated fertilizer projects, the dry material can subsequently be conveyed to crushing, storage, pelletizing or bagging equipment, creating a complete manure treatment and utilization system. |

| Product FAQ |
Q: What type of manure can the belt dryer process? A: It is primarily designed for fresh or pre-dried poultry manure from commercial layer cage and aviary systems. Q: What dry matter level can be achieved? A: Comparable high-capacity drying tunnels are designed to achieve dry matter contents of up to approximately 85% under suitable operating conditions. Q: Can poultry-house exhaust air be used for drying? A: Yes. Suitable installations can use warm exhaust air from poultry buildings as the drying air source, subject to ventilation and project design. Q: Why use a multi-tier dryer? A: Multiple drying levels provide a large belt area and long material residence path while limiting the overall ground footprint. Q: Can dryer capacity be customized? A: Yes. Tier quantity, length, belt size, airflow and operating capacity can be engineered according to daily manure production and required final moisture. Q: What can be done with dried poultry manure? A: Dried manure can be stored, applied as organic fertilizer or transferred to suitable composting, granulation or pelletizing equipment. Q: Can SHEWUYOU supply the complete manure treatment line? A: Yes. Manure collection belts, transfer conveyors, drying equipment, storage systems and downstream processing interfaces can be configured according to project requirements. |
