Working Principle

Longitudinal manure belts positioned beneath poultry cage tiers transport manure toward the end of each cage row. At the discharge end, the manure falls onto the cross manure conveyor positioned across the cage rows.

The motor-driven cross conveyor then transports the combined manure stream sideways toward the poultry-house outlet. From this point, manure can be discharged directly into an external receiving area or transferred to an inclined conveyor or elevator.

When combined with an external elevator, the system can raise manure to the required discharge height for loading into a truck, container or manure storage facility. The final arrangement is determined by poultry-house width, cage-row configuration, civil works and the required manure destination.
