Product Overview

The Inclined Poultry Manure Conveyor is an automatic waste-transfer system designed to move manure from poultry-house collection equipment to a higher discharge point. It is commonly installed after transverse manure belts or cage-row manure removal systems to transport waste outside the building.

The inclined configuration allows manure to be elevated directly toward trucks, manure storage areas, composting equipment or other downstream treatment systems. A reinforced conveyor frame, durable belt, drive assembly and tensioning components provide stable operation under demanding poultry-farm conditions.

SHEWUYOU can configure conveyor length, width, inclination, discharge height, support frame and transfer interfaces according to poultry-house dimensions, manure volume, civil works and project requirements.

Key Features
  • Inclined manure transfer: Elevates manure from poultry-house collection level to an external discharge point.
  • Heavy-duty structure: Reinforced conveyor frame supports continuous agricultural waste handling.
  • Automatic operation: Motor-driven transport reduces manual manure handling and improves farm workflow.
  • Flexible discharge height: Conveyor geometry can be adapted for trucks, storage areas or treatment equipment.
  • Stable belt tracking: Drive, tension and guide components help maintain reliable belt movement.
  • Weather-resistant configuration: Suitable materials and protected drive components can be selected for outdoor installation.
  • Integrated manure handling: Connects with longitudinal and transverse poultry manure conveyor systems.
  • Easy maintenance access: Open structural design simplifies inspection of the belt, rollers and drive unit.
  • Project-specific design: Width, length, inclination and support arrangement are customizable.
Structural Components
  • Inclined Conveyor Belt: Carries manure upward from the collection point to the discharge end.
  • Main Conveyor Frame: Provides structural support along the complete inclined transport route.
  • Drive Roller: Transfers power from the motor to the conveyor belt.
  • Return Roller: Supports smooth belt return movement.
  • Guide Rollers: Help maintain belt alignment throughout operation.
  • Tensioning Device: Maintains suitable operating tension and reduces belt slippage.
  • Gear Motor: Provides controlled power for manure transportation.
  • Side Guards: Help retain manure on the conveyor during inclined movement.
  • Support Legs: Stabilize the conveyor at the required operating angle.
  • Discharge Section: Directs manure into trucks, storage areas or downstream processing equipment.
Working Principle

Manure removed from poultry cage belts is first transferred to a transverse collection conveyor located at the end of the cage rows. The transverse conveyor delivers the material to the inlet of the inclined conveyor.

The motor-driven belt then carries the manure upward along the inclined frame. Side-retaining components and suitable belt configuration help keep the material within the transport area during elevation.

At the upper end, manure is discharged directly into a transport vehicle, storage facility, composting line or other manure treatment system. The complete process can be coordinated with the poultry-house manure removal cycle.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation

  1. Confirm the manure inlet position, discharge point, conveyor route and required elevation.
  2. Prepare foundations or structural supports according to the approved layout.
  3. Assemble and secure the main inclined conveyor frame.
  4. Install drive, return and guide rollers.
  5. Install the conveyor belt and adjust the tensioning system.
  6. Fit side guards and manure-retaining components.
  7. Install the gear motor and transmission components.
  8. Connect the lower inlet with the transverse manure collection conveyor.
  9. Check alignment, belt tracking and discharge clearance.
  10. Run unloaded and loaded tests before continuous operation.

Maintenance

  • Inspect conveyor belt tracking and tension regularly.
  • Remove accumulated manure around rollers and transfer points.
  • Check the belt surface for cuts, excessive wear or damaged joints.
  • Inspect bearings, gear motors and transmission components according to the maintenance schedule.
  • Check support legs, anchors and structural fasteners.
  • Maintain protective covers around moving drive components.
  • Inspect outdoor metal components for corrosion and repair protective coatings where required.
  • Remove foreign objects before operation to prevent belt or roller damage.
Project Cases

Inclined manure conveyors are suitable for poultry projects where manure collected inside the house must be elevated to an external loading or storage point. SHEWUYOU can prepare conveyor layouts according to poultry-house dimensions, cage-row quantity, manure discharge direction, truck loading height, storage arrangement and downstream treatment requirements.

Product FAQ

Q1: What is an inclined poultry manure conveyor?

It is a belt conveyor designed to lift poultry manure from a lower collection point to a higher discharge position.

Q2: Where is the conveyor normally installed?

It is commonly installed at the end or outside of a poultry house after the transverse manure collection conveyor.

Q3: Can it load manure directly into a truck?

Yes. The conveyor discharge height can be designed according to the required vehicle-loading arrangement.

Q4: Can the inclination angle be customized?

Yes. Conveyor length and inclination are determined according to installation space, manure characteristics and required discharge height.

Q5: Can it operate outdoors?

Yes. Suitable corrosion-resistant structural components and weather-protected drive equipment can be selected for outdoor installations.

Q6: Can it connect with PP manure belts under poultry cages?

Yes. Cage manure belts can discharge onto a transverse conveyor, which then transfers the manure to the inclined conveyor.

Q7: Can the conveyor deliver manure to a storage area instead of a truck?

Yes. The discharge arrangement can be configured for storage areas, composting systems or other downstream manure treatment equipment.

Q8: Can an existing poultry farm be upgraded with this system?

Yes. Retrofit designs can be prepared after confirming the existing manure collection system, building dimensions and available external space.

Q9: Can the conveyor operate automatically with the cage manure system?

Yes. Compatible controls can coordinate longitudinal, transverse and inclined manure conveyors according to the required operating sequence.

Q10: Can SHEWUYOU supply the complete manure removal line?

Yes. Manure belts, drive stations, transverse conveyors, inclined conveyors and external manure handling equipment can be configured according to project requirements.
