The Poultry Water Medicator System is an inline dosing solution designed to introduce accurately controlled quantities of water-soluble treatments, vitamins, nutritional supplements, organic acids and other compatible additives into poultry drinking water. The system can be installed in the poultry-house service room between the main water supply and the nipple drinking lines. A complete water connection unit can combine filtration, pressure reduction, a water meter, bypass valves and the medicator in one compact assembly. Water-powered proportional medicators use the actual water flow to determine injection quantity, allowing the dosing ratio to remain proportional as flock consumption changes. Electric dosing configurations are also available for projects requiring electronic control, broader adjustment ranges or integration with poultry-house management systems. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Water first passes through the filtration and pressure-control section before entering the medicator bypass. During dosing operation, water flows through the proportional dosing pump. In a water-powered medicator, water movement drives the internal hydraulic motor. The pump simultaneously draws concentrated solution through the suction hose and injects a preset proportion into the water stream. Because the dosing quantity follows the actual water flow, the concentration remains proportional even when flock water consumption changes during the day. Electric dosing systems can use data from an electronic water meter to calculate the required injection rate. The treated water then flows toward the poultry nipple lines where the solution is distributed with the drinking water. |

Service-Room Installation: Install the medicator between the main farm water supply and the poultry-house drinking lines in an accessible, frost-protected location. Confirm Flow Direction: Install the dosing pump according to the indicated direction of water flow. Install Filtration: Position an appropriate water filter upstream of the medicator. Additional filtration may be required downstream when using compatible but difficult-to-dissolve products. Use a Bypass: Install suitable isolation valves so untreated water can continue flowing while the medicator is serviced.
