| Product Overview |
The Automatic Flushing System for Nipple Drinkers is designed for automatic cleaning and water renewal in commercial poultry nipple drinking lines. It converts the drinking line from normal low-pressure operation to a high-flow flushing mode, allowing accumulated sediment, loose deposits and stagnant water to be discharged through the end of the line. A complete system typically combines a flush-capable pressure regulator, actuator or solenoid control, flushing controller, nipple drinking pipe, end-line breather and drainage components. Automatic operation reduces the labor required for manually flushing multiple drinking lines in large poultry houses. The system can be incorporated into broiler, breeder, pullet and layer drinking installations and can be coordinated with filtration, medication dosing and poultry-house control equipment. Flushing sequence, duration, drainage layout and controller capacity can be configured according to project requirements. |

| Working Principle |
During normal poultry production, the pressure regulator maintains the low water-column pressure required for nipple drinking. Birds obtain water normally through individual nipple valves. When the controller starts a flushing cycle, the actuator or solenoid changes the regulator into flushing mode. The system allows a higher volume of water to pass through the drinking pipe, increasing internal water velocity. The moving water carries sediment, loose deposits and residual material toward the end of the nipple line. The automatic breather and drain assembly then discharge the flushing water into a dedicated drain hose or cross-house drainage pipe. After the programmed flushing period, the control system returns the pressure regulator to normal drinking mode and restores the required operating water column. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: Why should poultry nipple drinking lines be flushed regularly? Regular flushing helps replace stagnant water and remove loose sediment and deposits from the internal drinking pipe. Q2: Can flushing be performed automatically? Yes. A compatible controller can automatically activate the flushing sequence at programmed intervals. Q3: Can water temperature trigger a flushing cycle? Yes. Temperature-controlled flushing can be configured with compatible sensors and controllers. Q4: Are all drinking lines flushed simultaneously? Sequential flushing is commonly used so individual lines are cleaned while sufficient water pressure is maintained. Q5: Where is flushing water discharged? Flushing water exits through the end-line breather and is directed through a drain hose and drainage pipe to a suitable discharge point. Q6: Can the system still be flushed manually? Yes. Compatible regulator configurations can retain manual flushing for backup and servicing. Q7: Can this system be installed in an existing poultry house? Yes. Retrofit installation is possible when the existing drinking lines and regulators are compatible. Q8: Can SHEWUYOU supply a complete poultry water-management system? Yes. Pressure regulators, flushing controls, nipple lines, filters, dosing equipment, drain systems and related accessories can be configured according to project requirements. |
