| Product Overview |
The Poultry Nipple Drinking Pipe Line is a modular water-distribution system designed for broilers, layers, pullets, breeders and other commercial poultry applications. The system combines a rigid drinking-water pipe with precision nipple drinkers to deliver water directly at bird level while minimizing exposure to litter, feed and environmental contamination. Square-profile drinking pipes are widely used in professional poultry watering systems because the pipe geometry helps maintain nipple orientation and prevents unwanted pipe rotation. Compatible nipple valves can be installed at predetermined spacing according to bird type, stocking density and house layout. The pipe line can be supplied as individual drilled pipe sections, pre-assembled sections with nipple drinkers, or as part of a complete automatic poultry drinking system including pressure regulators, drip cups, connectors, flushing components, support profiles and suspension equipment. |

| Structural Principle |
Filtered water enters the poultry drinking line through a pressure regulator. The regulator reduces and controls the incoming pressure so that suitable water conditions can be maintained inside the nipple pipe. Water travels through the square pipe to each nipple position. Under normal conditions, the nipple valve remains closed. When a bird activates the nipple pin, the internal valve opens and releases drinking water directly to the bird. The square pipe keeps the nipple valves in a consistent downward orientation. Optional drip cups positioned below the nipples collect occasional droplets, helping reduce unnecessary moisture accumulation in poultry-house litter. At the end of the line, a flushing assembly allows higher-volume water movement during cleaning. The complete pipe line is normally suspended from the poultry-house structure so its height can be adjusted according to bird age and production stage. |

| Technical Specifications |
Final pipe size, section length, nipple model, nipple spacing, water flow, working pressure, drinking-line length and suspension configuration should be confirmed according to poultry species, bird population, house dimensions, water quality and project requirements. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: Why is a square pipe commonly used for poultry nipple drinking lines? The square profile helps prevent pipe rotation and keeps the nipple drinkers consistently positioned downward. Q2: What pipe size is commonly used? A 22 × 22 mm square PVC pipe is a common professional configuration, while final dimensions should be selected according to the nipple model and project requirements. Q3: Can the nipple spacing be customized? Yes. Nipple spacing and the number of drinking points per pipe section can be configured according to poultry species, stocking density and house layout. Q4: Can the pipe be supplied with nipple drinkers already installed? Yes. The product can be supplied as pipe only or as pre-assembled pipe sections with compatible nipple drinkers. Q5: Are drip cups required? Drip cups are optional and can be selected according to nipple design, poultry species and litter-management requirements. Q6: Can the drinking line be flushed? Yes. Compatible end-of-line and flushing components can be incorporated to support routine water-line cleaning. Q7: Can the line height be adjusted? Yes. A suspended drinking line can be raised or lowered using cable, pulley and winch components according to bird age and production stage. Q8: Can SHEWUYOU supply a complete poultry drinking system? Yes. Pipe sections, nipple drinkers, drip cups, connectors, regulators, filters, flushing assemblies, support profiles and suspension equipment can be configured as a complete project package. |
