| Product Overview |
The Stainless Steel Poultry Nipple Drinker is a precision water-control valve designed for automatic poultry drinking lines in broiler, layer, pullet and breeder production. Manufactured with corrosion-resistant stainless steel components, the nipple provides dependable water delivery while helping maintain a closed and hygienic drinking system. When a bird actuates the lower pin, the internal valve opens and releases water. After the bird stops drinking, the valve returns to its sealing position automatically. Depending on the selected configuration, nipples may operate by vertical actuation or by both vertical and lateral movement. Different flow-rate configurations can be selected according to bird age, housing system, climate and whether a drip cup is used. This allows the drinking system to be adapted from chick rearing through adult poultry production. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
The nipple drinker is installed into the poultry water pipe and supplied with low-pressure drinking water through a regulator. When a bird pushes the lower pin upward, or sideways on compatible models, the internal valve opens and allows water to flow directly to the bird's beak. When the actuating force is removed, the valve returns to its closed position. The precision seating surfaces are designed to maintain reliable sealing while allowing lightweight operation suitable for poultry. Reduced-flow versions can limit unnecessary water discharge, while higher-flow models can be paired with drip cups where greater water availability is required. |

| Applications |
Different nipple flow rates and activation methods allow the drinker to be matched to specific poultry categories and housing systems. For complete poultry projects, stainless steel nipple drinkers can be integrated with water pipes, pressure regulators, filters, medicators, flushing units, drip cups and centralized line-lifting systems. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Pipe Compatibility: Confirm the nipple thread or push-fit specification before installation into the poultry drinking pipe. Correct Sealing: Install threaded nipples carefully to maintain correct alignment and avoid damage to the valve body or pipe connection. Pressure Adjustment: Set the drinking-line regulator according to bird age, nipple model and required water flow. Line Height: Position the nipple so birds stretch slightly upward to drink. Adjust the line progressively as birds grow. System Flushing: Flush new and existing drinking lines regularly to remove sediment and maintain water hygiene. Water Quality: Use properly filtered drinking water to reduce deposits and contamination inside the nipple valve. Leak Inspection: Check for continuous dripping, blocked movement or abnormal flow and replace damaged components where necessary. Between Flocks: Clean and disinfect the complete drinking system according to the farm sanitation program before the next flock enters the house. |

| Project Cases |
In commercial broiler houses, stainless steel side-action nipples can be installed along suspended drinking lines to provide easy water access from chick placement through final grow-out. For layer cages and aviary systems, vertical-action stainless steel nipples can provide controlled drinking water while minimizing unnecessary splashing around feed and manure areas. In breeder facilities, nipple flow rate, drip-cup configuration and birds-per-nipple ratio can be selected according to the flock type, house layout and local production requirements. |
