The 4-Compartment Lamb Warming Box is a thermostatically heated recovery unit designed for weak, chilled or hypothermic newborn lambs. Four individual compartments allow several lambs to be warmed at the same time while keeping animals separated during recovery.

The reference design is manufactured from robust exterior-grade plywood and includes a mains-powered heater, internal partitions and inspection windows in the lid. Heated air circulates through the enclosure to provide more even body warming than localized radiant heating.

Working Principle / Structural Principle

Installation & Maintenance

Installation:

  1. Place the warming box on a stable, dry and level surface near the lambing or livestock hospital area.
