| Product Overview | The F7 V-Bank Air Filter for Livestock Houses is a compact high-efficiency filtration element developed for fresh-air and ventilation systems in commercial pig houses, poultry buildings, breeding farms and other intensive livestock facilities. Its V-shaped filter-pack arrangement provides a large effective filtration area within a relatively compact installation space, helping ventilation systems handle substantial airflow while maintaining controlled resistance. The filter is suitable for use as a higher-efficiency stage downstream of a coarse pre-filter. It helps reduce airborne dust, fine particulate matter and other contaminants entering livestock buildings, supporting cleaner air management and farm biosecurity strategies. Dimensions, filter media, frame configuration and installation interfaces can be adapted according to project requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle | Outdoor air first passes through the livestock-house air intake or pre-filtration section and then enters the F7 V-bank filter. The V-shaped arrangement divides the incoming airflow across several pleated filter packs, increasing available media surface area and reducing air velocity through each section of media. Suspended particulate matter is captured by the filter media while cleaned air continues toward the ventilation duct, positive-pressure plenum or livestock housing area. When installed downstream of a suitable pre-filter, large dust particles are removed before reaching the F7 stage, which can help maintain more stable airflow performance and extend filter service life. |

| Customization Options | SHEWUYOU can configure the filter according to ventilation calculations, filter-wall dimensions, farm layout and environmental conditions. Available customization may include filter dimensions, frame material, filtration media, filtration grade, gasket arrangement, airflow capacity, installation direction and matching filter housings. For new livestock projects, the filter can also be selected as part of an integrated air-filtration solution combining pre-filters, high-efficiency filters, ventilation fans, air ducts, filter walls and positive-pressure ventilation equipment. |

| Installation & Maintenance | The filter should be installed in a properly sized holding frame or filter housing with uniform sealing around the perimeter. Airflow direction, filter orientation and sealing surfaces should be checked before system commissioning. For livestock-house applications with heavy outdoor dust loads, a suitable primary pre-filter is recommended upstream of the F7 filter. Filter condition should be inspected regularly, and differential pressure monitoring is recommended for larger commercial installations. Filters should be replaced when the specified terminal resistance, maintenance schedule or site operating criteria are reached. During replacement, clean the filter housing, inspect gaskets and sealing surfaces, and confirm that the new filter is installed without gaps that could allow unfiltered air bypass. |

| Project Cases | Typical project configurations include centralized filter walls for breeding pig farms, modular fresh-air filtration units for commercial swine houses, and multi-stage filtration systems combining coarse pre-filters with F7 V-bank filters. Filter quantity, dimensions, airflow capacity and installation arrangement are designed according to livestock-house ventilation demand, building dimensions, fan capacity, local particulate load and farm biosecurity requirements. |

| Product FAQ | Q: Why use a V-bank design instead of a flat panel filter? A: The V-bank structure provides more filter media area within a compact depth, making it suitable for ventilation systems that require relatively high airflow and improved filtration performance. Q: Is an F7 filter suitable for pig houses? A: F7 filtration can be used as a higher-efficiency stage in livestock-house ventilation systems. The final filter specification should be selected according to the farm's biosecurity strategy, local air quality and required filtration performance. Q: Does the F7 filter require a pre-filter? A: A coarse pre-filter is generally recommended in dusty livestock environments because it captures larger particles before they reach the higher-efficiency filter, helping reduce dust loading and maintenance frequency. Q: Can the dimensions be customized? A: Yes. Dimensions and frame configurations can be customized according to the existing filter housing, new ventilation design or project requirements. Q: How often should the filter be replaced? A: Replacement intervals depend on outdoor dust concentration, ventilation rate, pre-filter performance and operating pressure drop. Differential pressure and routine inspection should be used to determine the appropriate replacement schedule. Q: Can this filter be supplied as part of a complete pig-house filtration system? A: Yes. It can be integrated with pre-filters, filter housings, filter walls, fans, air ducts and positive-pressure ventilation systems according to project requirements. |
