| Product Overview | The Compact V-Bank High-Efficiency Filter for Livestock Ventilation is designed for controlled-environment pig houses, poultry houses and other intensive livestock facilities where high filtration performance must be combined with reliable ventilation airflow and limited installation space. The compact V-bank configuration arranges multiple pleated filter packs within a rigid frame, increasing the effective filtration media area without requiring an excessively deep filter housing. This structure is particularly suitable for livestock ventilation projects where filter banks must handle large volumes of incoming air while keeping airflow resistance within the design limits of the ventilation system. The filter can be integrated into new pig farm construction, steel structure livestock buildings, filtered air inlet rooms, central ventilation systems and retrofit biosecurity projects. Filter efficiency, dimensions, media specification, sealing configuration and frame design can be selected according to project requirements. |

| Structural Components | V-Bank Media Packs: Multiple mini-pleated filtration packs are arranged in a V-shaped configuration to increase usable media area and support high airflow. High-Efficiency Filter Media: Fine-fiber or equivalent high-efficiency filtration media can be selected according to the required particle filtration class and farm ventilation design. Rigid Outer Frame: A durable polymer or other project-specified frame holds the filter packs securely and provides dimensional stability during installation and operation. Pleat Separation System: Hot-melt or equivalent pleat-spacing technology maintains uniform spacing between media folds and promotes stable airflow through the filter. Sealing System: Filter packs are sealed to the frame to help minimize bypass leakage. Flat gaskets, foam gaskets or project-specific sealing arrangements are available upon request. Header / Mounting Interface: The filter can be configured for integration with filter holding frames, modular filter grids, ventilation inlet chambers or customized steel support structures. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle | Outside ventilation air is drawn through the filter by the livestock house ventilation fans or centralized air-handling system. Air passes through the pleated high-efficiency media while suspended particles are retained within the filtration structure. Compared with a flat filter of similar face dimensions, the V-bank arrangement provides substantially more media surface within the filter frame. The larger filtration area reduces the air velocity passing through each section of media and helps balance filtration efficiency, dust-holding capacity and airflow resistance. In a multi-stage livestock filtration system, a pre-filter can first remove larger dust particles and debris. The compact V-bank filter then serves as the higher-efficiency filtration stage before conditioned or outdoor air enters the animal housing area. |

| Installation & Maintenance | Filters are normally installed in dedicated holding frames, modular filter walls, inlet chambers or ventilation air-handling sections. The installation structure should provide uniform compression around the filter gasket to minimize unfiltered air bypass. For livestock house projects, the filter bank should be sized together with the ventilation fans. The selected filter area must provide sufficient airflow under both clean-filter and loaded-filter operating conditions. A coarse or medium-efficiency pre-filter is recommended where outdoor dust loading is high. This can reduce the amount of large particulate matter reaching the final high-efficiency filter and help extend service intervals. Filter condition should be checked regularly for excessive dust loading, physical damage, gasket deterioration and abnormal pressure drop. A differential pressure monitoring device can be incorporated into the ventilation system to support maintenance planning. Replacement frequency depends on outdoor air quality, animal-house operating conditions, prefiltration, airflow volume and the allowable final system resistance. |

| Project Cases | Commercial Pig Farm Air Inlet Filtration: Compact V-bank filters can be arranged as a modular filter wall upstream of the livestock ventilation fans or air inlet chamber, providing a high-efficiency final filtration stage while conserving installation space. Breeding Farm Biosecurity Upgrade: Existing pig house ventilation systems can be evaluated for installation of pre-filters, high-efficiency V-bank filters, sealed holding frames and differential pressure monitoring equipment. New Steel Structure Livestock Building: Filter-bank dimensions, fan capacity, air inlet area, static pressure and maintenance access can be coordinated during the building and ventilation design stage for a complete farm engineering solution. Final filter selection should be confirmed according to required airflow, target filtration efficiency, local climatic conditions and available ventilation system pressure. |

| Product FAQ | Q: Can the filter dimensions be customized? A: Yes. Dimensions and installation interfaces can be customized according to the filter housing, ventilation system and project requirements. Q: Which filtration efficiency should be selected for a pig house? A: The required efficiency depends on the farm's biosecurity objectives, ventilation capacity, outdoor air quality and allowable system resistance. MERV or ISO 16890 classifications can be selected according to project requirements. Q: Can this filter be used with a pre-filter? A: Yes. A multi-stage system using a pre-filter before the V-bank final filter is commonly recommended for dusty livestock environments. Q: Is it suitable for retrofit livestock projects? A: Yes, provided the existing fan capacity, filter-bank space and allowable static pressure are evaluated before installation. Q: How often should the filter be replaced? A: Replacement intervals vary with dust concentration, airflow volume, climate conditions, prefilter performance and operating pressure drop. Differential pressure monitoring is recommended. Q: Can SHEWUYOU assist with complete filtration system selection? A: Yes. Filter efficiency, filter-bank dimensions, prefiltration, support frames and ventilation compatibility can be configured according to project requirements. |
