| Product Overview | The F7/F9 Bag Filter for Livestock Air Filtration Systems is a multi-pocket high-efficiency air filter developed for fresh-air intake and mechanical ventilation systems in commercial pig houses, poultry houses, breeding farms and other intensive livestock facilities. Its deep-pocket structure provides a large effective filtration area while maintaining a compact frontal size. The filter is designed to capture fine airborne dust and particulate contamination before supply air enters the livestock building, helping improve incoming-air cleanliness and supporting farm environmental control and biosecurity management. F7 and F9 configurations can be selected according to the required filtration strategy. Filter dimensions, pocket depth, pocket quantity, frame construction and media specification can be customized according to ventilation airflow, filter-wall layout and project requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle | Fresh outdoor air enters the filter through the front header frame and is distributed into multiple deep filter pockets. The pocket arrangement increases the effective media surface area, reducing the airflow velocity through individual sections of the filtration material. As air passes through the media, airborne particulate matter is retained within and on the filter fibers while filtered air continues toward the livestock-house ventilation plenum, ductwork or animal area. The extended media area helps balance filtration efficiency, airflow resistance and dust-holding capacity. In high-dust farm environments, installing a suitable pre-filter upstream can reduce the loading of coarse particles on the F7/F9 stage and help extend service intervals. |

| Customization Options | SHEWUYOU can configure the bag filter according to livestock-house ventilation calculations, air inlet dimensions, filter-wall layout and required filtration efficiency. Customization options may include filter grade, filter media, frame material, frame dimensions, pocket depth, number of pockets, gasket configuration and installation interface. Special configurations are available for new construction, renovation and complete livestock ventilation projects. Selection can also be coordinated with pre-filters, filter housings, ventilation fans, air ducts and positive-pressure air supply systems according to project requirements. |

| Installation & Maintenance | Install the bag filter in a properly sized filter frame or air-handling housing with the pockets extending in the direction of airflow. The perimeter of the filter should be correctly sealed to reduce air bypass around the frame. During installation, ensure that filter pockets are fully extended and are not compressed, twisted or obstructed by nearby structural components. Sufficient downstream space should be provided for proper pocket expansion under operating airflow. Routine inspection should include checking filter loading, frame condition, sealing surfaces and ventilation pressure. Differential-pressure monitoring is recommended for larger commercial installations. Replacement intervals should be determined according to dust concentration, ventilation rate, filter resistance and farm operating conditions. If a pre-filter is installed, it should also be inspected and maintained regularly to protect the F7/F9 bag-filter stage. |

| Project Cases | Typical livestock applications include multi-stage filter walls for breeding pig houses, centralized fresh-air filtration rooms for commercial swine farms, and modular air intake systems for poultry production facilities. A typical system may combine a coarse pre-filter with an F7 or F9 bag filter to progressively remove airborne particulate matter before the supply air enters the animal building. The final configuration is selected according to farm biosecurity requirements, outdoor air quality, fan capacity, total ventilation volume and available installation space. Filter quantity, dimensions and airflow capacity are designed according to individual project requirements. |

| Product FAQ | Q: What is the difference between F7 and F9 bag filters? A: F9 is a higher legacy EN 779 filtration class than F7 and is normally selected where finer particulate removal is required. The appropriate ISO 16890 classification should be confirmed according to the actual filter media and project specification. Q: Which grade should be used for a pig farm? A: Selection depends on outdoor particulate concentration, farm biosecurity requirements, ventilation design and the required incoming-air quality. F7 or F9 can be selected as part of a multi-stage filtration system according to project requirements. Q: Should a pre-filter be installed before the bag filter? A: A pre-filter is recommended for many livestock applications with high outdoor dust loads. It can capture larger particles before they reach the higher-efficiency bag filter and may help extend the service life of the final filtration stage. Q: Can the filter size be customized? A: Yes. Filter width, height, pocket depth and pocket quantity can be customized to match existing filter housings or new ventilation projects. Q: Can these filters be installed in a centralized filter wall? A: Yes. Bag filters can be installed in modular filter walls, air-handling housings and centralized fresh-air filtration rooms when the supporting frame and sealing system are correctly designed. Q: How often should the bag filter be replaced? A: Replacement frequency depends on dust loading, airflow, pre-filter performance and allowable pressure drop. Routine inspection and differential-pressure monitoring are recommended instead of relying only on a fixed replacement interval. Q: Can SHEWUYOU supply a complete livestock air-filtration solution? A: Yes. Filter stages, holding frames, housings, ventilation equipment and related components can be configured according to project requirements. |
