The ingredients are mixed quickly and intensively to prepare a fresh portion of liquid milk replacer. Prepared milk is available through suction hoses connected to teat stations installed in the animal pens. Lambs and goat kids can suckle according to demand, allowing multiple animals to be supplied from one central machine. The temperature-control system continually monitors preparation conditions.
