The machine is connected to a clean water supply and electrical power source. Milk replacer powder is loaded into the upper hopper, while the control system maintains water at the selected preparation temperature. When fresh milk is required, the dosing system meters a predetermined quantity of milk powder and warm water into the mixing chamber. The ingredients are rapidly mixed to produce a uniform milk replacer solution at the configured concentration.
