Product Overview

The Multi-House Central Egg Conveyor System is an automatic egg transport solution designed to connect several poultry houses with one centralized egg collection, grading or packing room. Eggs from individual houses are transferred onto a main conveyor and transported continuously toward the central processing area.

The system uses a flexible conveyor layout that can incorporate straight runs, horizontal curves and inclined sections. This allows the transport route to pass between poultry houses, around structural obstacles and through different building elevations while maintaining controlled egg movement.

SHEWUYOU can configure conveyor width, route length, bend arrangement, inclination, drive position, support structure and transfer interfaces according to farm layout, egg production capacity and steel structure building conditions.

Key Features
  • Multi-house connection: Collects eggs from several poultry houses and transports them to one centralized egg room.
  • Gentle egg handling: Supported carrier elements help reduce egg-to-egg contact and impact during transportation.
  • Flexible routing: Straight, curved and inclined conveyor sections can be combined according to farm layout.
  • Centralized collection: Reduces the need for separate egg handling operations in each poultry house.
  • High transport efficiency: Suitable for continuous egg flow from large commercial layer and breeder farms.
  • Open conveyor structure: Provides convenient inspection, cleaning and routine maintenance access.
  • Modular construction: Conveyor routes can be expanded when additional poultry houses are added.
  • Reduced manual handling: Automatic transport decreases repeated movement of egg trays or collection carts.
  • Project-specific configuration: Conveyor dimensions and drive arrangements can be selected according to project requirements.
Structural Components
  • Main Conveyor Frame: Supports the complete egg transport route between poultry houses and the egg room.
  • Egg Carrier Elements: Provide continuous support for eggs during horizontal and inclined transportation.
  • Central Drive Chain: Transfers motion through the conveyor system and supports flexible routing.
  • Straight Conveyor Sections: Provide long-distance transport between farm buildings.
  • Curve Sections: Allow the conveyor to change direction around walls, columns and equipment.
  • Inclined Sections: Connect conveyor routes installed at different elevations.
  • House Transfer Units: Receive eggs from individual house collection belts.
  • Drive Units: Provide suitable power for different conveyor lengths and farm configurations.
  • Tensioning Components: Maintain stable chain operation and correct conveyor tracking.
  • Support Structure: Floor-mounted or suspended supports secure the conveyor route.
  • Safety Guards: Protect drive and moving components where required.
Working Principle

Eggs are first collected by longitudinal belts or other automatic egg collection equipment inside each poultry house. At the house outlet, eggs pass through a controlled transfer section onto the central conveyor.

The conveyor carries eggs through the planned farm route using supported carrier elements. Curved sections change the transport direction, while inclined sections allow the conveyor to pass between different elevations without requiring repeated manual transfer.

Eggs from several houses are combined into one controlled flow and delivered to a centralized collection room, grader, farm packer or downstream processing system.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation

  1. Confirm the position of each poultry house, central egg room and egg collection outlet.
  2. Prepare a complete conveyor route drawing including straight runs, curves and elevation changes.
  3. Install floor supports or suspension brackets according to the approved layout.
  4. Assemble straight, curved and inclined conveyor sections in sequence.
  5. Install carrier elements, drive chains and tensioning components.
  6. Connect each poultry-house egg belt to the corresponding transfer point.
  7. Connect the main conveyor outlet to the egg grader, packer or collection table.
  8. Install drive units, protective guards and electrical control components.
  9. Run the conveyor without eggs to verify tracking, tension and alignment.
  10. Perform a controlled egg-flow test before full production operation.

Maintenance

  • Inspect drive chains and carrier components regularly.
  • Maintain correct conveyor tension and alignment.
  • Clean the open conveyor structure to prevent shell fragments and debris accumulation.
  • Inspect horizontal curves and inclined sections for smooth operation.
  • Check drive motors, bearings and transmission components according to the maintenance schedule.
  • Inspect transfer points between individual houses and the central conveyor.
  • Keep safety guards securely installed during operation.
  • Replace worn carrier, chain or guide components when necessary.
Project Cases

Multi-house central egg conveyor systems are particularly suitable for large poultry complexes where several layer or breeder houses deliver eggs to one collection and packing center. SHEWUYOU can prepare the conveyor route according to farm master plans, poultry-house distances, expected egg volume, structural obstacles and the position of downstream processing equipment.

Product FAQ

Q1: What is a Multi-House Central Egg Conveyor System?

It is an automatic conveyor network that transports eggs from several poultry houses to one centralized egg collection, grading or packing area.

Q2: Can one conveyor connect several poultry houses?
