| Product Overview |
The Multi-Tier Lift Egg Collection System is an automated poultry egg transport solution designed for large commercial layer farms and multi-tier cage houses. It collects eggs from longitudinal egg belts and transfers them efficiently toward a central cross-conveyor, packing room or grading system. Unlike conventional lift systems that collect individual levels sequentially, a multi-tier collection arrangement can be configured to receive eggs from multiple cage rows and tiers at the same time. This supports high-capacity egg handling in large poultry houses while reducing manual collection requirements. The system is engineered to minimize transfer points between longitudinal and cross collection. Fewer transfers help reduce impact, rolling and unnecessary egg-to-egg contact, supporting cleaner handling and lower breakage risk. The Multi-Tier Lift Egg Collection System can be integrated with layer cage equipment, longitudinal egg belts, cross conveyors, egg counters, graders, farm packers and complete poultry-house automation systems according to project requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Eggs laid in the cage system roll onto longitudinal collection belts. These belts transport the eggs toward the end of each cage row, where the multi-tier collection equipment receives the eggs from the different levels. The lift and transfer mechanism guides eggs onto the cross collection conveyor with controlled speed and limited drop height. The cross conveyor then transports the combined egg flow toward a central collection table, grader or packing system. Drive speeds and collection sequences can be coordinated with downstream equipment to maintain a balanced egg flow and avoid excessive accumulation at transfer points. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Installation begins with accurate positioning of the lift structure at the cage-row end section. The frame should be aligned with the longitudinal egg belts and cross collection conveyor to maintain smooth transfers and consistent belt tracking. Drive units, transfer components, sensors and electrical controls should be commissioned after mechanical alignment. Belt tension and transfer height must be adjusted according to the cage system and egg transport direction. Routine maintenance includes cleaning conveyor surfaces, checking drive chains and gearboxes, inspecting belt alignment and tension, removing broken eggs or shell fragments, checking safety guards and monitoring transfer areas for abnormal egg accumulation. |

| Project Cases |
In a large multi-tier layer house, longitudinal egg belts from each cage level can feed a centralized multi-tier collection system positioned at the end of the cage rows. The eggs are combined onto a cross conveyor and transported to the egg-processing area. For multi-house poultry farms, cross collection conveyors can connect several production buildings to a centralized grading and packing room. Conveyor dimensions, drive capacity and collection schedules should be engineered according to flock size, egg production rate and packing-line capacity. |

| Product FAQ |
Q: What is the main advantage of a multi-tier egg collection system? A: It enables centralized egg collection from multiple cage rows and tiers, making it particularly suitable for large commercial poultry units. Q: How does the system help reduce egg breakage? A: Controlled conveyor speeds and limited transfer points help reduce drops, collisions and unnecessary egg-to-egg contact. Q: Can the system connect directly to an egg grader? A: Yes. The cross collection system can be designed to transfer eggs to compatible graders, farm packers or collection tables. Q: Can it be used with different cage tier numbers? A: Yes. The collection structure can be engineered according to the number of tiers, cage rows and required collection capacity. Q: Is automatic egg counting available? A: Yes. Egg counting and production-monitoring equipment can be integrated according to project requirements. Q: Can SHEWUYOU provide a complete automated layer-house solution? A: Yes. Cage systems, egg collection, feeding, drinking, manure removal, ventilation, environmental control and steel structure poultry-house equipment can be coordinated according to project requirements. |
