The Automatic Egg Collection System is designed for efficient collection and transportation of eggs in commercial layer farms. Eggs from each cage row are transferred by longitudinal collection belts toward the front of the poultry house, where they can be delivered to a lift, elevator, cross conveyor or centralized egg handling line.
The system reduces manual egg handling, improves collection efficiency and helps minimize egg breakage through smooth and controlled transfer. According to farm size and production requirements, the equipment can also be connected with centralized egg conveyors, cleaning machines, grading equipment and automatic packing systems. |

| Working Principle |
After laying, eggs roll gently from the cage floor onto the longitudinal egg collection belt positioned along the front of each cage tier. The belt transports the eggs toward the end of the cage row.
At the cage-row end, the eggs are transferred to an elevator, lift or other vertical collection unit. Eggs from different cage tiers are then delivered to a crosswise conveyor or collection table.
In larger poultry farms, the cross conveyor can transport eggs from multiple cage rows or poultry houses to a centralized egg room for counting, cleaning, grading and packing. Conveyor speed and operating sequence can be adjusted according to flock production and system capacity. |
