Product Image Automatic Egg Collection Line for Layer Farms
Product Overview The Automatic Egg Collection Line is designed to transport eggs efficiently from layer cage rows to a centralized collection or egg handling area. Longitudinal egg belts collect eggs from each cage tier and convey them toward the front of the poultry house.

The system can be combined with elevators, cross conveyors and central egg conveyors to connect multiple cage rows or poultry houses. Optional egg cleaning, grading and packing equipment can also be integrated for complete commercial egg handling automation.

Key Features
  • Gentle Egg Handling: Smooth conveying helps reduce impacts and egg breakage.
  • Automatic Collection: Eggs are transported directly from cage rows to the collection area.
  • Multi-Tier Compatible: Suitable for modern multi-tier layer cage systems.
  • Labor Saving: Reduces manual egg collection and improves farm efficiency.
  • Flexible Layout: Elevators and cross conveyors can be adapted to different poultry houses.
  • Expandable System: Can connect with cleaning, grading and packing equipment.
Working Principle Eggs roll from the cage floor onto longitudinal egg belts installed along each cage tier. The belts transport the eggs toward the end of the cage row at a controlled speed.

At the front of the poultry house, eggs are transferred to an elevator or collection unit and then onto a cross conveyor. The cross conveyor transports eggs from multiple cage rows to a central egg collection table, grading line or packing room.

Coordinated belt speeds and smooth transfer points help maintain a continuous egg flow while minimizing collisions and shell damage.
