| Product Overview |
PVC Pig Pen Partition Panels are modular livestock housing components designed for constructing solid pen walls, gates, section partitions and internal barriers in commercial pig houses. Their smooth, non-porous surfaces and corrosion-resistant construction make them particularly suitable for environments exposed to moisture, manure, frequent washing and routine disinfection. The hollow PVC profiles use internal reinforcing ribs or zig-zag lamellas to improve resistance to bending, pressure and torsional loads. Interlocking edges allow multiple boards to be joined into continuous partitions, while sealing strips can provide tighter joints and help reduce the accumulation of manure and organic material between panels. PVC boards can be combined with stainless steel U-profiles, galvanized steel posts, horizontal pipes, gates and floor brackets to create complete penning systems for weaners, grower pigs, finishers and other pig production stages. The modular design is suitable for new steel-structure pig houses and renovation of existing livestock buildings. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Individual PVC profiles are connected vertically or horizontally according to the selected partition design. Their interlocking edges create a continuous solid wall, while internal ribs resist bending and twisting caused by animal pressure and routine farm operation. The completed panel assembly is secured inside stainless steel or galvanized structural profiles. Loads are transferred through the side profiles and support posts into floor brackets or mechanical anchors, providing a stable modular pen structure. Solid PVC walls can separate resting areas or neighboring pig groups, while selected sections can be combined with galvanized or stainless steel grids when additional air movement, visibility or animal contact is required. Smooth surfaces and tightly fitted joints reduce inaccessible cavities and simplify pressure washing, helping commercial farms maintain effective cleaning and biosecurity routines between production batches. |
