| Product Overview |
The Double-Outlet Hanging Pig Nipple Drinker is a suspended watering assembly designed for group-housed pigs in commercial swine facilities. The Y-shaped lower pipe provides two threaded outlets for compatible nipple drinkers, allowing pigs to approach the watering point from either side. A chain-suspended design provides convenient height adjustment as pigs grow and allows limited movement when animals contact the drinker, reducing rigid stress on fixed pen-mounted plumbing. Stainless steel and galvanized versions are available for different farm environments and project budgets. |

Water enters through the threaded connection at the top of the hanging pipe and flows down to the two lower branches. Compatible nipple valves are installed in the female-threaded outlets. When a pig activates either nipple, water is released on demand. The chain-supported assembly allows controlled movement and can be raised or lowered to maintain an appropriate drinking position throughout the production cycle. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What is the advantage of a hanging pig waterer? The suspended design allows height adjustment and limited movement when pigs contact the drinker, reducing stress on rigid fixed installations. Q2: Why does the waterer have two outlets? Two outlets provide two nipple positions, improving access for group-housed pigs and allowing animals to drink from opposite sides. Q3: Are nipple valves included? Nipple inclusion depends on the selected configuration. Compatible 1/2-inch male-thread nipple drinkers can be supplied according to pig size and water-flow requirements. Q4: What material options are available? Stainless steel and galvanized steel configurations are available. Q5: What is the reference pipe length? The reference hanging waterer uses an 18-inch pipe with a 7-foot suspension chain. Q6: Can the height be adjusted as pigs grow? Yes. Moving the chain to a different link provides simple height adjustment throughout the growth cycle. Q7: Can different nipple drinkers be installed? Yes. Suitable 1/2-inch male-thread nipples can be selected according to pig category, water pressure and required flow rate. Q8: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide pig weight range, required quantity, preferred pipe material, nipple type, water pressure, installation height and project location. |
