Product Name PIG HOUSE OZONE ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT GENERATOR
Product Image Pig House Ozone Environmental Treatment Generator
Product Overview The Pig House Ozone Environmental Treatment Generator is a portable ozone-producing unit designed for controlled air treatment, odor-control support and sanitation procedures in livestock facilities.

Available in 15 g/h and 30 g/h ozone-output configurations, the machine combines an ozone generation module, circulation fan, timer and portable metal enclosure. It is suitable for scheduled treatment of unoccupied pig houses, feed storage rooms, medicine rooms, quarantine areas and other enclosed agricultural spaces.

  • 15 g/h and 30 g/h ozone-output options
  • Compact freestanding installation
  • Designed for livestock farm environmental treatment
Key Features
  • Two Ozone Output Options: Available in approximately 15 g/h and 30 g/h configurations for different room sizes and treatment requirements.
  • Forced Air Circulation: Integrated fan helps distribute generated ozone through the treatment space.
  • Timer-Controlled Operation: Built-in timing controls support scheduled treatment cycles.
  • Portable Structure: Carrying handle and compact enclosure simplify movement between livestock buildings.
  • Low-Noise Electric Operation: Suitable for indoor farm service areas where engine-driven equipment is unnecessary.
  • On-Site Ozone Generation: Ozone is generated when required and does not need to be stored in pressurized cylinders.
  • Odor Treatment Support: Ozone can react with certain odor-producing compounds under controlled treatment conditions.
  • Multiple Farm Applications: Suitable for empty livestock houses, feed rooms, medicine rooms, quarantine rooms and other controlled spaces.
Working Principle The ozone generation module uses electrical discharge to convert part of the oxygen in the surrounding air into ozone. The integrated fan then circulates the ozone-containing air throughout the treatment space.

Ozone is a strong oxidizing gas that can react with certain microorganisms and odor-producing compounds when appropriate concentration and contact time are achieved. After the treatment cycle, ozone gradually decomposes, but the space must be thoroughly ventilated and verified safe before people or livestock re-enter.

Applications
  • Empty pig houses between production batches
  • Farrowing and nursery rooms during downtime
  • Quarantine and isolation rooms
  • Feed storage rooms
  • Veterinary medicine storage rooms
  • Equipment storage areas
  • Changing rooms during unoccupied treatment periods
  • Other controlled livestock farm environmental treatment areas
Installation & Maintenance
  • Place the generator on a stable, dry surface with sufficient clearance around the fan inlet and outlet.
  • Select the 15 g/h or 30 g/h configuration according to room volume, treatment objective and ventilation conditions.
  • Remove people and livestock from the treatment space before ozone generation begins.
  • Prevent unauthorized entry while the generator is operating and during the required post-treatment period.
  • Use a suitable ozone monitor when establishing or validating treatment procedures.
  • Ventilate the treated space thoroughly after ozone generation stops.
  • Confirm that ozone concentration has returned to an acceptable level before re-entry.
  • Keep the fan grille and internal airflow path free from dust and debris.
  • Inspect the timer, switches, power cable and ozone generation components periodically.
  • Disconnect the electrical supply before opening or servicing the machine.
Product FAQ

Q: What ozone-output options are available?
A: The existing product material lists 15 g/h and 30 g/h configurations.

Q: What size areas can the machine treat?
A: The original reference chart provides operating guidance for areas of approximately 100, 200, 400 and 800 m². Actual treatment requirements depend on room volume, ventilation, temperature, humidity and ozone demand.

Q: Is the machine suitable for pig houses?
A: Yes. It is intended for controlled environmental treatment in pig houses and related farm spaces.

Q: Can pigs remain inside during high-concentration ozone treatment?
A: No. Ozone is a respiratory irritant. For safety, ozone treatment should be carried out in unoccupied areas unless a professionally validated process specifically demonstrates safe exposure conditions.

Q: Can workers enter immediately after the generator stops?
A: No. The area should be adequately ventilated and ozone concentration should be confirmed at an acceptable level before personnel or animals enter.

Q: Can ozone help with farm odors?
A: Ozone can react with certain odor-producing compounds, but performance varies with concentration, contact time, airflow and contaminant load.

Q: Does ozone replace washing and manure removal?
A: No. Physical cleaning, manure removal, washing and other approved biosecurity procedures remain essential.

Q: How should the correct treatment cycle be selected?
A: Use the reference chart only as a starting point. Final settings should be determined according to room volume, ozone concentration measurements, ventilation conditions and applicable safety requirements.
