| Product Overview |
The Sensor-Controlled Nursery Pig Feeder is an automatic feeding solution developed for newly weaned and lightweight piglets. A sensor monitors the trough condition and activates a controlled feeding cycle when fresh feed is required. Feed and water are mixed directly in the low-access trough, providing small quantities of fresh soaked feed that are easy for young piglets to reach and consume. Adjustable pause time and water volume allow the feeding program to be adapted to piglet development and barn management. The feeder is suitable for commercial nursery houses, weak-piglet groups and modern steel-structure pig farms requiring automated feeding with reduced daily labor. |

| Working Principle |
The feeder monitors the trough through a sensor. When the programmed condition indicates that the feeding area requires replenishment, the control unit activates a feeding cycle. A controlled amount of feed is discharged while water is delivered through the automatic valve. Feed and water are mixed at the bottom of the trough to provide fresh soaked feed for the piglets. When the required trough level is reached, the feeding cycle stops. An adjustable pause period prevents immediate repeated dosing and allows the next batch to be prepared according to actual consumption. |
