| Product Overview |
The Single-Sided Nursery Dry Feeder is designed for post-weaning and nursery pigs requiring controlled access to dry feed in commercial swine production. Its compact single-sided configuration is suitable for installation along pen partitions, walls or service-side layouts where feeding access is required from one direction. The feeder combines a corrosion-resistant stainless steel chassis, solid feeding-space dividers and a fine feed-flow adjustment mechanism to help maintain consistent feed presentation while reducing excessive feed accumulation. Multiple feeder lengths and feeding-space configurations are available for different nursery pen sizes, stocking levels and pig farm construction projects. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Dry feed is supplied manually or from a compatible automatic feed line into the hopper. Gravity moves the feed toward the lower dispensing opening. The adjustment mechanism controls the size of this opening, allowing farm personnel to match feed flow to pig size, ration characteristics and consumption level. Pigs access the feed from one side through separated feeding spaces. Correct adjustment maintains feed availability while helping reduce unnecessary feed buildup and wastage. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What pigs is this feeder designed for? It is designed primarily for post-weaning and nursery pigs, with reference configurations suitable for pigs up to approximately 27 kg. Q2: Why choose a single-sided nursery feeder? A single-sided feeder is useful when animal access is required from only one side, such as along walls, pen partitions or service-side layouts. Q3: Can the feed flow be adjusted? Yes. Fine mechanical adjustment allows the feed opening to be changed as pigs grow or feed characteristics vary. Q4: How many feeding spaces are available? Reference models are available with up to 10 feeding spaces, with other configurations available according to project requirements. Q5: Can it be installed on plastic slatted flooring? Yes. Suitable mounting systems can be supplied for plastic nursery floors, concrete slats, solid concrete and gate installations. Q6: Is the feeder easy to clean? Yes. Quick-release features and the lower notched construction help simplify removal and cleaning between production groups. Q7: Can the feeder connect to an automatic feed line? Yes. Feed-line integration can be provided according to the farm's automatic feeding system and project layout. Q8: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide the pig weight range, pigs per pen, required feeding-space quantity, pen dimensions, floor type, automatic feeding requirements and project location. |
