| Product Overview |
The Bi-Directional Feed Distribution Cart is a motorized mobile feeding unit designed to transport bulk feed and discharge it to either side of a livestock-house aisle. A reversible transverse conveyor enables the operator to select left- or right-hand unloading without repositioning the entire cart. The compact self-propelled platform combines feed storage, transportation and controlled distribution in one machine. For pig-farm projects, dimensions, discharge height, conveyor configuration and feed-contact components can be adapted to the required aisle layout and feed characteristics. |

Feed is loaded into the hopper before the cart enters the feeding route. The motorized chassis transports the material along the central aisle while the operator positions the machine beside the required feeding area. When distribution is required, the internal conveyor moves feed toward the transverse discharge conveyor. The reversible gearbox determines whether the cross conveyor moves feed to the left or right side. The operator can stop distribution between feeding sections, reverse the discharge direction when required and continue along the barn without turning the cart around. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What does bi-directional distribution mean? It means the cross conveyor can reverse direction so feed can be discharged from either the left or right side of the cart. Q2: Does the entire cart need to turn around to change discharge sides? No. The reversible cross conveyor changes the discharge direction while the cart remains in the same orientation. Q3: Is the cart suitable for double-row pig houses? Yes. A left/right discharge configuration is particularly useful where pens or troughs are positioned on both sides of a central feeding aisle. Q4: Are different cart capacities available? Yes. Reference motorized cart configurations cover approximately 1.1 to 2.7 m³, while project-specific capacities are available upon request. Q5: Can an electric version be supplied? Yes. Electric drive configurations can be supplied where low-noise and emission-free indoor operation is preferred. Q6: Can a weighing system be added? Yes. An optional weighing system can help operators monitor loaded feed quantities and improve ration management. Q7: Can the dimensions be adapted to narrow aisles? Yes. Machine width, capacity and discharge arrangement can be selected according to the available barn aisle and doorway dimensions. Q8: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide the required capacity, feed type, aisle width, doorway dimensions, trough height, feeding distance, preferred power system and project location. |
