| Product Overview |
The Ride-On Automatic Pig Feed Distribution Cart is a battery-powered mobile feeding vehicle designed for efficient dry-feed transportation and dispensing inside commercial pig houses. It combines an electric ride-on chassis, large feed hopper and powered auger discharge system in one compact unit. The operator drives the cart along the feeding aisle while the auger system continuously or intermittently transfers feed from the hopper into feeders or troughs. Adjustable discharge speed helps match feed output to pen size and feeding requirements. Multiple vehicle widths and hopper capacities can be supplied for different pig-house layouts, including narrow aisles in existing farms and new steel structure pig houses. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Dry feed is loaded into the hopper manually, from a silo outlet or through an optional loading conveyor. The electric drive system moves the cart along the predetermined pig-house feeding route. When the cart reaches the required pens, the operator activates the auger. The rotating screw transfers feed from the hopper to the side discharge outlet and into the corresponding feeder or trough. Feed-distribution speed can be adjusted to match the required quantity. The operator can stop dispensing between pens while continuing to drive to the next feeding position. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: Is the feed cart fully autonomous? No. The standard configuration is operator-driven. Automatic operation refers primarily to powered feed conveying and dispensing. Q2: Can one operator complete the feeding process? Yes. The ride-on design combines feed transportation and powered distribution so one trained operator can complete routine feeding rounds. Q3: Can feed be distributed on both sides? Yes. Double-side dispensing configurations are available for pig houses where troughs or feeders are positioned on both sides of the aisle. Q4: Is it suitable for narrow pig-house aisles? Yes. Reference configurations include vehicle widths from approximately 800 mm, and the final width can be selected according to project requirements. Q5: What feed can the cart handle? It is mainly designed for dry meal, pellets and compatible feed ingredients. Suitability for higher-moisture materials depends on the auger and hopper configuration. Q6: Can feed be loaded automatically? Yes. An optional inclined loading conveyor or compatible silo-loading arrangement can be supplied. Q7: Can the feed discharge rate be adjusted? Yes. Suitable control systems allow the operator to regulate auger output according to pen size and feeding requirements. Q8: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide the required load capacity, aisle width, minimum doorway size, feed type, feeding distance, single- or double-side discharge requirement, floor gradient and project location. |
