| Product Overview |
The Automatic Loading Feed Cart with Elevator is a mobile feed handling solution designed to combine feed loading, transportation and distribution in one unit. It is especially suitable for commercial pig farms where feed must be transferred efficiently from a feed preparation area to multiple pens or feeding points.
An inclined feed elevator reduces manual lifting when filling the cart hopper, while the electric mobile chassis transports the loaded feed through livestock-house aisles. An auger discharge system then delivers feed to troughs or feeders. Capacity, cart width, elevator dimensions and discharge configuration can be customized according to the pig house layout and project requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Feed is first introduced into the low-level intake hopper of the loading elevator. The powered auger inside the inclined conveyor transfers the feed upward and discharges it into the main cart hopper, reducing the need for workers to manually lift bags or buckets to hopper height.
After loading, the electric cart moves from the feed preparation area through the pig-house feeding aisle. At each required feeding point, the operator activates the discharge auger. Feed is conveyed from the main hopper to the outlet and delivered into the corresponding trough or feeder. The loading and discharge mechanisms can be configured according to the required farm workflow. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
The feed cart is a mobile standalone system and normally requires no permanent installation inside the pig house. Depending on the shipping arrangement, the loading elevator, intake hopper or other detachable components may require basic mechanical assembly before commissioning.
Before operation, inspect the elevator supports, auger guards, electrical connections, battery condition, drive components, wheels and control system. Remove residual feed regularly from the loading elevator, hopper and discharge auger to prevent buildup. Bearings, gearboxes, chains or other transmission components should be inspected and serviced according to the maintenance schedule. Electrical components should be protected during washing, and all safety guards should remain correctly installed during operation. |
| Product FAQ |
Q: What is the main advantage of the loading elevator? A: The elevator transfers feed from a low-level loading point into the main hopper, reducing manual lifting and improving the efficiency of feed preparation. Q: Can the cart automatically distribute feed after loading? A: Yes. The cart can be equipped with a powered auger discharge system for controlled feed distribution along the feeding aisle. Q: Can the cart width be customized for an existing pig house? A: Yes. Overall width and chassis dimensions can be configured according to the available aisle width and farm layout. Q: Can feed be discharged on both sides? A: Single-side and dual-side discharge configurations are available according to project requirements. Q: What types of feed can be handled? A: The system is primarily suitable for dry meal feed, pellet feed and other compatible free-flowing feed materials. Special feed characteristics should be confirmed before equipment selection. Q: Can the elevator dimensions be customized? A: Yes. Elevator length, loading height, intake hopper configuration and installation angle can be designed according to the required loading arrangement. Q: Can the electrical system be supplied for different countries? A: Yes. Battery, charger and applicable electrical specifications can be configured according to local standards and project requirements. |
