| Product Overview |
The Double-Side Discharge Electric Feed Cart is a mobile dry-feed transport and dispensing vehicle designed for commercial pig farms. It combines a battery-powered chassis, bulk feed hopper and powered conveying system to complete feed transportation and distribution in one operation. Feed can be discharged toward either side of the central aisle, allowing the operator to serve pens on both sides without repeatedly repositioning the vehicle. Adjustable discharge speed helps match feed output to pen size and ration requirements. Compact-width configurations are suitable for existing narrow pig houses as well as new steel structure barns, providing a practical alternative where a fixed automatic feed-line system is unnecessary. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Dry feed is loaded into the hopper manually, from a feed-storage outlet or through an optional loading conveyor. The battery-powered chassis transports the feed along the barn feeding aisle. At each feeding section, the operator activates the conveying system. The rotating auger moves feed from the hopper toward the selected side outlet and into the corresponding trough or feeder. The discharge direction and output can be controlled according to the barn layout, allowing alternate feeding of pens positioned on both sides of the aisle. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What is the advantage of double-side discharge? It allows one cart traveling along a central aisle to feed pens positioned on either side, reducing repositioning and improving feeding efficiency. Q2: Can the discharge rate be adjusted? Yes. Suitable configurations provide multiple feed-output settings so distribution can be matched to pen size and ration requirements. Q3: Is the cart suitable for narrow pig houses? Yes. Reference vehicle widths start at approximately 800 mm, with other widths available for different barn layouts. Q4: What load capacities are available? Reference configurations include approximately 500 kg, 800 kg and 1000 kg capacities. Final capacity depends on vehicle dimensions and project requirements. Q5: What types of feed can be transported? The cart is suitable for common pig meal, pellet feed and compatible feed ingredients. Slightly moist material may require a suitable conveying configuration. Q6: Can it operate on sloped farm roads? Suitable electric configurations can handle moderate slopes, but the required motor, battery and braking specification should be selected according to the actual gradient and load. Q7: Can an automatic loading system be added? Yes. An inclined loading conveyor or compatible feed-loading arrangement can be supplied according to project requirements. Q8: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide the required load capacity, aisle width, doorway dimensions, feed type, feeding distance, discharge direction, floor gradient, battery requirements and project location. |
