| Product Overview |
The Electric Pig Feed Transport Cart is a mobile feeding solution designed to transport and distribute feed inside commercial pig farms. It combines a battery-powered mobile chassis, feed hopper and mechanical discharge system to reduce manual handling and improve daily feeding efficiency.
The compact vehicle configuration is suitable for pig-house feeding aisles where a fixed automatic feed line may not be necessary or practical. Models can be configured for different barn layouts, aisle widths, feed capacities and discharge requirements. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Feed is loaded into the hopper at the feed storage or preparation area. The operator drives the battery-powered cart along the feeding aisle and activates the discharge system when reaching the required pen or feeding point.
An electrically driven auger transfers feed from the hopper toward the discharge outlet. Feed output can be controlled according to the required feeding rate, allowing continuous distribution while the cart travels along the pig-house aisle. Depending on configuration, discharge can be arranged on one or both sides of the vehicle. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
The cart is a mobile standalone feeding unit and normally does not require permanent installation inside the pig house. Before operation, check battery connections, controls, wheels, steering components, auger guards and discharge assemblies.
Remove residual feed from the hopper and auger system regularly to reduce feed accumulation. Clean feed-contact surfaces according to farm hygiene procedures. Inspect electrical wiring, drive components, bearings, fasteners and tires periodically. Recharge and maintain the battery according to the battery manufacturer's instructions, and keep electrical components protected during washing. |
