| Product Overview |
The Portable Cattle Crush & Handling Alley combines a livestock squeeze crush, adjustable working alley and road-transport chassis into one mobile cattle handling system. It is designed for farms, ranches and veterinary teams that need to process cattle at multiple yards or remote pasture locations.
The integrated crush provides secure head and body restraint, while the adjustable alley controls cattle flow before animals enter the restraint area. An adjustable towing hitch and transport wheel system allow the complete unit to be relocated without constructing a permanent handling facility.

| Structural Components |
- Cattle Squeeze Crush: Provides front restraint and controlled body access during livestock procedures.
- Head Gate: Ratchet-locking mechanism secures cattle at the front of the crush.
- Side Access Panels: Allow access for vaccination, treatment, identification and inspection.
- Adjustable Alley: Guides individual animals into the crush and reduces turning around.
- Blinder Panels: Manage animal sightlines to encourage smoother forward movement.
- Emergency Exit: Provides rapid access to the alley when required.
- Rubber Floor: Provides continuous traction through the working area.
- Transport Chassis: Supports the crush and alley during towing and setup.
- Adjustable Hitch: Connects the portable unit to a suitable towing vehicle.
- Wheel Assembly: Converts the handling system between transport and working configurations.
|
| Working Principle |
For transport, the crush and alley remain integrated on the mobile chassis. At the working site, the system is positioned on firm level ground, stabilized and converted from towing mode to operating mode.
Cattle enter the adjustable alley one at a time and move toward the squeeze crush. Once an animal reaches the head gate, the operator secures the head and applies the required body restraint. After weighing, treatment or inspection is completed, the animal is released forward and the next animal enters the system.
