| Product Overview |
The Hydraulic Powered Cattle Crush is a heavy-duty livestock restraint system designed for high-throughput cattle handling in commercial beef farms, dairy operations, breeding centers and livestock handling yards.
Hydraulic proportional controls operate the head bail, parallel side squeeze and rear entry gate, allowing the operator to apply controlled restraint with minimal physical effort. The system combines a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, multiple animal-access options and a non-slip working floor for reliable use in demanding farm environments.
|
| Key Features |
- Hydraulic-powered operation for intensive commercial cattle handling.
- Proportional control allows the operator to apply only the restraint pressure required.
- Powered head bail provides smooth and controlled neck restraint.
- Double-sided parallel squeeze reduces unwanted animal movement.
- Powered split rear entry gate supports faster cattle loading and throughput.
- Pressure-relief protection on hydraulic functions improves animal safety.
- Central control console minimizes operator movement around the crush.
- Anti-skid rubber floor provides improved footing and quieter cattle movement.
- Hot-dip galvanized heavy-duty steel construction provides corrosion resistance.
- Compatible with veterinary access, weighing, EID and drafting-system options.
|
| Structural Components |
- Main Frame: Heavy-duty galvanized steel structure designed for repetitive livestock handling.
- Hydraulic Head Bail: Adjustable front restraint system for controlled cattle capture.
- Parallel Squeeze Panels: Both sides move inward while maintaining parallel alignment around the animal.
- Split Rear Gate: Powered two-part entry gate opens from the center for fast cattle movement.
- Hydraulic Rams: Provide powered movement for the primary restraint functions.
- Control Console: Groups the hydraulic controls within convenient operator reach.
- Side Access Gates: Provide access for veterinary work, treatment and inspection.
- Backing Bar: Helps reduce rearward animal movement during handling.
- Rubber Floor: Provides traction and reduces metal-floor noise.
|
| Working Principle |
The animal enters through the powered rear gate and moves toward the head bail. The operator uses the hydraulic controls to close the head bail smoothly around the neck and then adjusts the parallel side squeeze according to the animal's body size.
Hydraulic proportional control allows restraint force to be increased or reduced progressively. When the handling procedure is complete, the squeeze and head bail are released and the animal exits into the race or drafting system.

| Product FAQ |
Q: What functions are hydraulically powered?
A: Typical hydraulic configurations include the head bail, parallel side squeeze and split rear entry gate.
Q: How does the parallel squeeze improve cattle restraint?
A: Both side panels move inward together, reducing the internal width and limiting unwanted animal movement while maintaining balanced body support.
Q: Can the restraint pressure be adjusted?
A: Yes. Proportional hydraulic controls allow the operator to vary pressure according to the size and handling requirements of the animal.
Q: Is there protection against excessive hydraulic pressure?
A: Hydraulic configurations can incorporate adjustable pressure-relief systems to improve livestock safety.
Q: Can the cattle crush include veterinary access doors?
A: Yes. Veterinary and multi-piece side-access configurations are available according to project requirements.
Q: Can weighing equipment be integrated?
A: Yes. Load bars, livestock scale indicators and electronic identification equipment can be incorporated into the cattle-handling system.
Q: Can SHEWUYOU customize a complete cattle handling system?
