| Product Overview | This positive displacement blower supplies continuous, low-pressure air to diffusers in biological wastewater treatment tanks. It can be specified for commercial pig farms, livestock wastewater treatment plants and agricultural projects where dependable aeration supports organic matter removal and process stability. The blower package is selected to match the treatment process, diffuser layout, pipework and site conditions. | ||||||||||
| Key Features |
|
||||||||||
| Structural Components | A typical package comprises a blower block with synchronized lobed rotors, timing gears and bearings; an electric motor and drive assembly; an inlet filter and silencer; a discharge silencer; pressure protection devices; and a mounting base. Flexible connections, non-return protection, instrumentation, an acoustic enclosure and an electrical control panel can be specified to suit the installation. | ||||||||||
| Working Principle | Two synchronized rotors turn in opposite directions inside the blower housing. Air enters the inlet, is carried around the housing in successive volumes and moves into the discharge pipe. The air then passes through the distribution header to the tank diffusers. Blower selection must account for diffuser submergence, pipe losses, operating temperature and the required air demand. | ||||||||||

| Applications | Suitable applications include aeration tanks in pig farm wastewater treatment systems, livestock effluent treatment facilities, activated sludge processes, equalization tanks requiring air mixing, and other biological treatment stages. Pretreatment and solids separation should be assessed as part of the overall farm wastewater process. | ||||||||||
| Customization Options | SHEWUYOU can discuss airflow selection, motor supply, acoustic treatment, weather protection, control strategy, pipe connections and duty/standby configuration according to project requirements. Integration with diffuser grids, treatment tanks and the wider pig farm construction plan can be reviewed during system design. | ||||||||||
| Installation & Maintenance | Install the blower on a level, load-bearing base with access for ventilation and servicing. Confirm the discharge piping, pressure protection, electrical supply and control signals before commissioning. Routine maintenance includes checking inlet filters, drive condition, lubricant levels where applicable, operating pressure, vibration and abnormal noise. Service intervals follow the selected blower model and its operating manual. | ||||||||||
