Single-Sided Nursery Wet-Dry Feeder

The Single-Sided Nursery Wet-Dry Feeder is designed for post-weaning pigs in commercial nursery houses. Pigs can consume dry feed from the feeding shelf or combine feed with water in the lower trough, supporting the transition from milk-based nutrition to solid feed.

The feeder can be manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel with a riveted chassis, folded edges, adjustable feed delivery and an integrated one-piece waterline. Multiple feeding spaces allow the feeder size to be matched to pen capacity and farm layout.

Its single-sided structure is suitable for installation against pen partitions, walls or service aisles where feeding access is required from one side only.

When pigs activate the integrated drinking nipples, water is supplied within the trough area so feed can be mixed into a moist ration. This places feed and water in the same feeding station and supports convenient access during the nursery stage.

Feed-flow and water-flow settings can be adjusted according to pig weight, ration characteristics, water pressure and farm management requirements.
