Working Principle

During normal operation, the pressure regulator reduces the incoming water pressure to the level required by the poultry nipple drinking line.

When a flushing cycle is activated, the solenoid valve or actuator opens the bypass path. Water can then flow through the drinking line at a higher pressure and velocity, helping remove biofilm, loose deposits and residues from the inner pipe surfaces.
