| Product Overview |
The Poultry Main Water Connection Unit is the central water-management assembly installed between the primary farm water supply and the poultry-house drinking line. It provides a controlled interface for filtration, water consumption monitoring, pressure reduction and optional medication dosing before water enters the nipple drinking system. A modular configuration allows individual components to be selected according to water quality, house size, drinking-line design and farm-management requirements. Typical modules include a filter with pressure gauge, shut-off valves, water meter, medication bypass and pressure reducer. The compact assembly is suitable for broiler, layer, breeder and pullet houses as well as integrated steel structure poultry projects. Screw-connected components simplify installation, maintenance and future system expansion. |

| Working Principle |
Water from the farm's primary supply enters the connection unit and first passes through the filtration section. Suspended particles and other contaminants are reduced before water continues toward the drinking system. The water meter records consumption and can provide valuable operating data for flock management. Where an electronic meter is selected, the consumption signal can be integrated with a compatible farm controller. When medication, vitamins or water-treatment products are required, water can be routed through the bypass and proportional dosing device. The bypass valves allow the dosing section to be isolated when it is not required. Before entering the house drinking lines, water passes through the pressure-reduction section. This lowers the incoming supply pressure to a controlled level suitable for downstream poultry drinking equipment. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What is the purpose of a poultry main water connection unit? It conditions and controls water before it enters the poultry-house drinking system by combining functions such as filtration, pressure regulation, water metering and optional medication dosing. Q2: Why is filtration important? Filtration helps reduce suspended particles that can restrict nipple drinkers, regulators and other drinking-system components. Q3: Can water consumption be monitored electronically? Yes. A compatible electronic water meter can transmit consumption data to a poultry-house controller. Q4: Can medication be added through the unit? Yes. A bypass with three ball valves can be incorporated for connection of a proportional medicator. Q5: Is the unit suitable for high incoming water pressure? A pressure reducer can be included to protect downstream drinking equipment from excessive supply pressure. Q6: Can the unit be installed in a small service room? Yes. Modular professional water connection units are designed for compact installation and can be arranged according to available space. Q7: Can individual modules be replaced or expanded later? Yes. Screw-connected modular construction simplifies servicing and future extension. Q8: Can SHEWUYOU supply the complete downstream drinking system? Yes. Main water units, pressure regulators, nipple drinking lines, flushing equipment, filters, meters and related accessories can be configured as a complete poultry water-management package. |
