| Product Overview |
The Compact Fiberglass Feed Silo is a space-efficient bulk storage solution designed for livestock feed, grain, pellets and other compatible dry materials. Its compact body provides practical storage capacity while requiring less installation space than conventional large farm silos. The silo uses a fiberglass-reinforced polyester body mounted on a hot-dip galvanized steel supporting structure. A transparent level strip, top filling lid and gravity discharge outlet simplify daily feed management. The system can also be connected with rigid or flexible auger conveyors for poultry, pig, cattle and other livestock equipment projects. |

| Working Principle |
Dry feed or another compatible bulk product is introduced through the upper filling opening. The fiberglass storage chamber protects the material while the transparent level strip allows operators to monitor remaining feed without opening the silo. During discharge, the stored material moves downward through the hopper section by gravity. Opening the lower discharge shutter allows feed to enter a receiving container or connected conveyor. For automatic livestock feeding systems, the silo can function as the upstream storage unit supplying feed to flexible augers, rigid augers or other conveying equipment leading to poultry houses, pig houses or cattle facilities. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Foundation: Install the silo on a level reinforced foundation designed for the fully loaded silo and applicable environmental loads. Foundation dimensions and anchoring specifications should follow local engineering requirements. Installation: The compact silo can be positioned using suitable lifting equipment such as a forklift or crane. The galvanized support structure should be level and securely anchored before filling. Conveyor and filling components should be aligned with the overall livestock feeding-system layout. Maintenance: Periodically inspect the fiberglass body, galvanized frame, fasteners, top lid, level strip, discharge shutter and conveyor connections. Keep the silo dry internally and remove deteriorated or residual feed according to the farm's feed-management and biosecurity procedures. |
